  1. Acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran de connexion<\/strong>
    Ouvrez Hellocare.com<\/a> ou l\u2019application Hellocare, puis cliquez sur \u201cMe connecter\u201d<\/strong>.

  2. Cliquer sur \u201cMot de passe oubli\u00e9\u201d<\/strong>
    Cette option se trouve juste sous le champ o\u00f9 vous saisissez habituellement vos identifiants.

  3. Saisir votre adresse email<\/strong>
    Indiquez l\u2019adresse que vous avez utilis\u00e9e pour cr\u00e9er votre compte Hellocare, puis validez.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. R\u00e9ception de l\u2019email<\/strong>
    Consultez votre bo\u00eete de r\u00e9ception : un lien de r\u00e9initialisation vous sera envoy\u00e9.
    <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Nouveau mot de passe<\/strong>
    Cliquez sur ce lien pour d\u00e9finir votre nouveau mot de passe (d\u2019au moins 8 caract\u00e8res), puis enregistrez.

  6. Connexion<\/strong>
    Retournez sur Hellocare et reconnectez-vous avec vos nouveaux identifiants.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Vous pouvez \u00e9galement le modifier en \u00e9tant connect\u00e9 \u00e0 votre compte depuis l\u2019onglet param\u00e8tres. Renseignez directement votre nouveau mot de passe et confirmez le. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
