Par exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Obtenir des pr\u00e9cisions<\/strong> sur un traitement ou un conseil donn\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assurer un suivi<\/strong> si vous avez des sympt\u00f4mes persistants ou de nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 communiquer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains praticiens partagent leur num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou leur adresse email dans leur profil Hellocare. Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, <strong>contactez simplement notre support<\/strong> par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, chat ou email. Nous ferons le lien avec le praticien pour vous aider \u00e0 obtenir les informations n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/strong> : Les documents \u00e9mis lors de la consultation (ordonnance, compte-rendu, etc.) portent toujours la date du jour de la t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation. Ils <strong>ne peuvent pas<\/strong> \u00eatre antidat\u00e9s ni postdat\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Documents-disponibles-apr\u00e8s-la-t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation\">Documents disponibles apr\u00e8s la t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Juste apr\u00e8s que le praticien&nbsp;ait&nbsp;cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 la s\u00e9ance, vous pourrez retrouver vos documents m\u00e9dicaux (ordonnances, r\u00e9sultats, etc.) directement dans votre&nbsp;espace&nbsp;Hellocare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cela, allez dans l\u2019onglet Mes rendez-vous &gt; Pass\u00e9s puis cliquez sur le rendez-vous pour acc\u00e9der aux documents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un document n\u2019appara\u00eet pas imm\u00e9diatement, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 patienter quelques heures le temps que votre praticien les finalise. En cas d\u2019absence prolong\u00e9e, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 contacter le support pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la
