Vous pouvez \u00e9galement pr\u00e9ciser un secteur g\u00e9ographique, si cela est pertinent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9ciser le type et le motif de consultation<\/strong><br><br>Apr\u00e8s avoir s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 le praticien qui vous convient, indiquez s\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une premi\u00e8re consultation ou si vous l\u2019avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 consult\u00e9. Choisissez ensuite le type de consultation (en cabinet ou vid\u00e9o) puis s\u00e9lectionnez un cr\u00e9neau. Ensuite, s\u00e9lectionnez un motif parmi ceux propos\u00e9s par le praticien puis vous pouvez compl\u00e9ter la note d\u2019information.
