      4. Cliquez sur Annuler le rendez\u2011vous<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Indiquez bri\u00e8vement le motif d\u2019annulation, puis validez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n


        Rendez\u2011vous annul\u00e9 par le professionnel de sant\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Si votre praticien doit annuler un rendez\u2011vous\u202f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Vous recevez automatiquement un email<\/strong> vous informant de l\u2019annulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Dans Mes rendez\u2011vous<\/strong>, le cr\u00e9neau appara\u00eet en statut\u202f: Annul\u00e9<\/strong>, avec la raison indiqu\u00e9e par le professionnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Vous pouvez alors r\u00e9server un nouveau cr\u00e9neau \u00e0 votre convenance. Pour toute question, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 contacter notre support (chat, email ou t\u00e9l\u00e9phone).

          Frais d\u2019annulation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Nous comprenons que des impr\u00e9vus puissent survenir. Toutefois, lorsque vous annulez votre rendez\u2011vous moins de 24\u202fheures<\/strong> avant l\u2019heure pr\u00e9vue, le cr\u00e9neau reste bloqu\u00e9 pour le professionnel de sant\u00e9 et ne peut plus \u00eatre propos\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u2019autres patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Pour cette raison, des frais d\u2019annulation pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15\u202f\u20ac<\/strong> peuvent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s en cas d\u2019annulation tardive ou de non\u2011pr\u00e9sentation (\u00ab\u202fno\u2011show\u202f\u00bb).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
