rendez-vous<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez le rendez-vous concern\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans la section <strong>Documents<\/strong>, cliquez sur chaque fichier pour le t\u00e9l\u00e9charger (ordonnance, compte-rendu, feuille de soins, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partager un document avec votre professionnel de sant\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rejoignez la t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans la barre d\u2019ic\u00f4nes, cliquez sur l\u2019ic\u00f4ne <strong>Documents<\/strong> (feuille + stylo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez <strong>Ouvrir les documents partag\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choisissez <strong>Transmettre un document<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Importez le fichier souhait\u00e9 (ordonnance, r\u00e9sultat d\u2019examen, photo, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez un <strong>titre<\/strong> et, si n\u00e9cessaire, une <strong>courte description<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cliquez sur <strong>Confirmer et transmettre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le document est imm\u00e9diatement visible
