Gestion des proches \/&nbsp;Ayants-droit<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(Ajout \u2013 modification \u2013 suppression)<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 quoi sert l\u2019onglet \u00ab Mes proches \u00bb ?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet onglet vous permet de :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cr\u00e9er un ou plusieurs profils de\u00a0<strong>proches ou\u00a0ayants-droit<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>G\u00e9rer leurs informations personnelles,\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prendre des rendez-vous m\u00e9dicaux\u00a0<strong>en leur nom<\/strong>\u00a0depuis votre compte.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment ajouter un proche ou un ayant-droit ?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rendez-vous dans le menu\u00a0<strong>Mes proches<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cliquez sur\u00a0<strong>Ajouter un proche<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renseignez les informations demand\u00e9es :\u00a0\u00a0<br><br>&#8211; <em>Sexe (tel qu\u2019indiqu\u00e9 sur la pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9),<br>&#8211; Pr\u00e9nom<br>&#8211; Nom<br>&#8211; Date de naissance<br>&#8211; Num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (facultatif)\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cochez la case confirmant que vous \u00eates le\u00a0<strong>repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal<\/strong>\u00a0ou habilit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser\u00a0Hellocare\u00a0pour ce proche.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cliquez sur\u00a0<strong>Ajouter<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le proche appara\u00eet imm\u00e9diatement dans votre liste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puis-je modifier les informations d\u2019un proche ?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui.&nbsp;<br>Depuis la liste de vos proches, vous pouvez :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cliquer sur l\u2019ic\u00f4ne de\u00a0<strong>modification<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mettre \u00e0 jour ses informations personnelles,\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enregistrer les changements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Puis-je supprimer un proche ?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui,&nbsp;<strong>sous certaines conditions<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous pouvez supprimer un proche\u00a0<strong>uniquement s\u2019il n\u2019a aucun rendez-vous \u00e0 venir<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une confirmation vous est demand\u00e9e avant suppression.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong>&nbsp;:&nbsp;<br>Si un rendez-vous futur est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vu pour ce proche, la suppression est&nbsp;<strong>bloqu\u00e9e<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un message vous indique que vous devez d\u2019abord annuler le ou les rendez-vous \u00e0 venir concernant votre proche.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Que se passe-t-il apr\u00e8s la suppression d\u2019un proche ?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le proche est retir\u00e9 de votre liste.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous\u00a0<strong>conservez l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 son historique de rendez-vous et \u00e0 ses documents<\/strong>, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-prise-de-rendez-vous-pour-un-proche-ayant-droit-nbsp\"><strong>2. class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lancez une prise de rendez-vous depuis\u00a0Hellocare.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9tape\u00a0<strong>\u00ab Ce rendez-vous est pour \u00bb<\/strong>, s\u00e9lectionnez :\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un proche \/ class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poursuivez la prise de rendez-vous normalement (cr\u00e9neau, motif, type de consultation).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Un mail est envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019adresse&nbsp;mail&nbsp;du compte principal confirmant la prise du rendez-vous.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment fonctionne le paiement pour un rendez-vous d\u2019un proche
