Cr\u00e9er et g\u00e9rer mes cr\u00e9neaux <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Pour offrir \u00e0 vos patients des rendez-vous parfaitement cal\u00e9s, commencez par ouvrir l\u2019onglet\u00a0Disponibilit\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Choisissez le jour concern\u00e9<\/strong> \u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. D\u00e9finissez l\u2019horaire<\/strong>
    S\u00e9lectionnez l\u2019heure de d\u00e9but et de fin (par exemple : 8h \u2013 12h).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choisissez le ou les canaux de consultation<\/strong>
    T\u00e9l\u00e9consultation
    En cabinet (il faudra alors s\u00e9lectionner le cabinet concern\u00e9 parmi vos adresses enregistr\u00e9es).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. S\u00e9lectionnez un cabinet m\u00e9dical (si \u201cEn cabinet\u201d est coch\u00e9)<\/strong>
    Choisissez parmi vos adresses configur\u00e9es dans Coordonn\u00e9es d\u2019exercice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Ajoutez une r\u00e9currence<\/strong> (facultatif)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Enregistrez<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l\u2019op\u00e9ration pour chaque jour de la semaine concern\u00e9e.
    <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Indiquer une absence ponctuelle ou r\u00e9currente<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Vous partez en formation, en cong\u00e9s ou souhaitez tout simplement bloquer un cr\u00e9neau ?
    Pour le moment vous pouvez arr\u00eater une r\u00e9currence \u00e0 un jour J en d\u00e9cochant \u00ab r\u00e9currence \u00bb et la red\u00e9marrer plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Configurer mes r\u00e9currences entre cabinet et t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Voici la m\u00e9thode pas \u00e0 pas pour ajuster vos cr\u00e9neaux r\u00e9currents de consultation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1) Cr\u00e9er de nouvelles r\u00e9currences<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cas A \u2014 M\u00eame plage horaire (Cabinet + T\u00e9l\u00e9consultation)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cr\u00e9ez une seule r\u00e9currence<\/strong> aux m\u00eames heures en cochant les deux canaux<\/strong>.
    \u26a0\ufe0f Ne cr\u00e9ez pas deux r\u00e9currences qui se chevauchent sur la m\u00eame plage : elles seront refus\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cas B \u2014 Cabinet sur d\u2019autres horaires<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Conservez votre r\u00e9currence T\u00e9l\u00e9consultation<\/strong> telle quelle.
    Cr\u00e9ez une nouvelle r\u00e9currence \u201cCabinet\u201d<\/strong> sur les nouveaux cr\u00e9neaux<\/strong>.
    Terminez par Enregistrer<\/strong> puis v\u00e9rifiez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cas C \u2014 Le Cabinet remplace la T\u00e9l\u00e9consultation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Supprimez la r\u00e9currence T\u00e9l\u00e9consultation<\/strong>.
    Ajoutez une r\u00e9currence \u201cCabinet\u201d<\/strong> sur les m\u00eames horaires<\/strong>.
    Enregistrez<\/strong> puis contr\u00f4lez<\/strong> le r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2) Modifier \/ arr\u00eater une r\u00e9currence existante<\/strong><\/strong>

    Vous ne pouvez pas \u00e9diter directement une r\u00e9currence : choisissez l\u2019une des deux options ci-dessous.

    Possibilit\u00e9 A \u2014 Arr\u00eater \u00e0 une date pr\u00e9cise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. S\u00e9lectionnez le dernier jour de disponibilit\u00e9<\/strong> de la r\u00e9currence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. D\u00e9cochez<\/strong> l\u2019option de r\u00e9currence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Enregistrez<\/strong>, puis red\u00e9marrez une nouvelle r\u00e9currence<\/strong> \u00e0 partir de la semaine suivante<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Possibilit\u00e9 B \u2014 Supprimer la r\u00e9currence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. S\u00e9lectionnez la r\u00e9currence \u00e0 supprimer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Cliquez sur Supprimer la r\u00e9currence<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Sauvegardez<\/strong>, puis cr\u00e9ez vos nouvelles r\u00e9currences<\/strong> sur ce jour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n
        • Une m\u00eame plage horaire ne peut pas porter deux r\u00e9currences distinctes<\/strong> (Cabinet et<\/strong> TC). Quand c\u2019est le m\u00eame cr\u00e9neau<\/strong>, utilisez une seule r\u00e9currence<\/strong> avec les deux canaux coch\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Si vous changez de canal<\/strong> sur vos disponibilit\u00e9s, les rendez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 programm\u00e9s<\/strong> restent sur leur canal d\u2019origine<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Apr\u00e8s chaque modification, v\u00e9rifiez la semaine de d\u00e9marrage et la suivante<\/strong> pour \u00e9viter doublons et trous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
