Un simple message courtois suffit souvent \u00e0 d\u00e9bloquer la situation.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-partager-et-consulter-des-documents-en-direct\"><strong>Partager et consulter des documents en direct:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Besoin d\u2019afficher une ordonnance ou de montrer un r\u00e9sultat d\u2019examen ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la barre d\u2019outils (en bas de l\u2019\u00e9cran), cliquez sur <strong>Ouvrir les documents partag\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9lectionnez <strong>Transmettre un document<\/strong> : choisissez le fichier voulu (PDF, image), il s\u2019affiche instantan\u00e9ment pour vous et pour le patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prendre-des-notes-securisees\"><strong>Prendre des notes s\u00e9curis\u00e9es:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le bandeau lat\u00e9ral gauche, ouvrez <strong>Documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cliquez sur <strong>Prise de notes<\/strong> : un volet s\u2019ouvre, vous permettant de r\u00e9diger vos observations en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les notes sont rattach\u00e9es automatiquement au dossier du patient ; vous seul y avez acc\u00e8s. \u00c0 la fin de la s\u00e9ance, elles restent disponibles pour
