Notre arr\u00eat\u00e9 comptable s\u2019effectue le <strong>mercredi soir<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les consultations effectu\u00e9es <strong>du jeudi au dimanche<\/strong> sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans le virement du <strong>lundi suivant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les consultations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es <strong>du lundi au mercredi<\/strong> figurent d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans le virement du lundi imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n\u2019avez rien \u00e0 faire : Stripe transf\u00e8re les fonds vers l\u2019IBAN enregistr\u00e9 lors de l\u2019activation de votre compte. Le d\u00e9tail des montants et des dates de virement reste disponible \u00e0 tout moment depuis l\u2019onglet\u00a0Honoraires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Probl\u00e8mes-de-paiement-patient\">Probl\u00e8mes de paiement patient<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un r\u00e8glement a \u00e9chou\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ouvrez l\u2019onglet Agenda.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retournez sur le rendez-vous en question.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acc\u00e9dez au rapport de fin de consultation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous pouvez \u00e9diter des documents si n\u00e9cessaire.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirmez et cl\u00f4turez le rapport de consultation puis quittez.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, contactez le support par le chat en haut \u00e0 droite de votre \u00e9cran.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"G\u00e9rer-un-paiement-manquant-ou-en-litige\">G\u00e9rer un paiement manquant ou en litige<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un virement attendu n\u2019appara\u00eet pas sur votre compte ou si vous constatez une incoh\u00e9rence :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez d\u2019abord votre compte\u00a0Stripe\u00a0depuis l\u2019onglet\u00a0Honoraires\u00a0pour confirmer le statut : \u00ab Pay\u00e9 \u00bb ou \u00ab En attente \u00bb.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contactez ensuite le support en pr\u00e9cisant :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation concern\u00e9e (date, patient, montant) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le probl\u00e8me constat\u00e9 (virement manquant, montant erron\u00e9\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos sp\u00e9cialistes
