De plus, nous ne sommes pas tr\u00e8s \u00e9clair\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de nutrition et nous sommes vuln\u00e9rables face aux informations contradictoires concernant l\u2019alimentation, les r\u00e9gimes et les compl\u00e9ments alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Alors comment savoir ce qui est bon pour nous ?\u00a0Quels aliments sont sains ? Et lesquels peuvent favoriser les maladies ? Certains soutiennent qu\u2019il faudrait des r\u00e9gimes alimentaires diff\u00e9rents selon les personnes. D\u2019autres non et pensent qu\u2019il existe un r\u00e9gime alimentaire appropri\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019esp\u00e8ce humaine, tout comme il en existe un pour les chiens, un autre pour les chevaux, un pour les \u00e9l\u00e9phants, un pour chaque mammif\u00e8re\u2026 Tout au long des articles, nous explorerons cette 2\u00e8me option, m\u00eame si nous avons bien conscience que la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, les aliments de base, les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, peuvent varier d\u2019une personne \u00e0 l\u2019autre et d\u2019une r\u00e9gion \u00e0 l\u2019autre du globe.<\/p>\n<p>Nous soutenons qu\u2019il existe une \u201ccolonne vert\u00e9brale\u201d de l\u2019alimentation qui permet de nous maintenir en bonne sant\u00e9 et qui perdure depuis l\u2019apparition de notre esp\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>Notre source majoritaire d\u2019alimentation devrait se constituer de\u00a0<b>v\u00e9g\u00e9taux<\/b>!!! Si si !!! Pour les personnes qui mangent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement du poisson, mais pas de viande, les chercheurs trouvent une\u00a0<b>mortalit\u00e9 cardio-vasculaire diminu\u00e9e de 34%,<\/b>\u00a0comme celle des v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens **<\/p>\n<h6>Mais alors faut-il arr\u00eater de manger de la viande ?<\/h6>\n<p>Pas exactement, les prot\u00e9ines animales ne sont pas vraiment le probl\u00e8me, mais plus leur qualit\u00e9. La viande consomm\u00e9e actuellement est fr\u00e9quemment transform\u00e9e ( charcuterie, plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s) et\u00a0<b>contient beaucoup de sel et d\u2019additifs<\/b>\u00a0( les phosphates par exemple). De plus la viande provient souvent d\u2019\u00e9levage intensif dans lesquels les animaux sont nourris aux c\u00e9r\u00e9ales\u00a0<b>riches en acide gras om\u00e9ga 6 pro-inflammatoires et aux antibiotiques.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En France, nous consommons en moyenne 95 kgs de viande par an, c\u2019est beaucoup vu notre faible activit\u00e9 physique et notre climat temp\u00e9r\u00e9 ne demande pas beaucoup\u00a0de calories pour lutter contre le froid.<br \/>\nIl ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019arr\u00eater totalement les prot\u00e9ines animales, mais plut\u00f4t tout d\u2019abord de privil\u00e9gier les produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sur les produits animaux dans un rapport de 70% minimum \/ 30% maximum. D\u2019autre part il est plus app\u00e9tissant d\u2019acheter la viande de votre boucher une fois par semaine dont vous pouvez conna\u00eetre l\u2019origine plut\u00f4t que d\u2019acheter des steaks de supermarch\u00e9s tous les jours qui sont un agglom\u00e9rat de viande \u00a0de diff\u00e9rentes origines avec des additifs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>Les fruits et l\u00e9gumes, aux sources de notre sant\u00e9<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Vous avez tous vu ou entendu qu\u2019il faut manger vert. En premier, vous avez probablement en t\u00eate les recommandations du minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9 : \u201cmanger au moins 5 fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour\u201d, \u00a0justifi\u00e9es par les nombreux effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur la sant\u00e9 de ces aliments. Ils sont\u00a0<b>riches en vitamines (A et C<\/b>\u00a0notamment),\u00a0<b>min\u00e9raux, fibres et substances protectrices.<\/b>\u00a0Ils apportent peu de calories et ont un index glyc\u00e9mique bas. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 qu\u2019ils\u00a0<b>diminuent le risque de cancer, de maladies cardio-vasculaires et de diab\u00e8te.<\/b>\u00a0Aux \u00e9tats-unis, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9 que si les habitants ajoutait seulement une portion de fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour dans leurs assiettes, cela pourrait sauver 20 000 personnes par an..!<\/p>\n<h6>Que cachent-ils pour \u00eatre aussi performants ?<\/h6>\n<p>Depuis deux d\u00e9cennies, les chercheurs \u00e9tudient ces substances protectrices (ou bioactives) pr\u00e9sentes dans tous les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux, dont les plus connus les\u00a0<b>polyph\u00e9nols<\/b>, ont une forte capacit\u00e9\u00a0<b>anti-oxydante<\/b>.<br \/>\nLes l\u00e9gumes arrivent en t\u00eate de liste des super-aliments et sont un peu devant les fruits en terme d\u2019impact positif sur la sant\u00e9, mais avec d\u2019\u00e9normes diff\u00e9rences entre eux.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid eltd-section vc_custom_1488383458129 eltd-content-aligment-left\">\n<div class=\"clearfix eltd-full-section-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h5>Le r\u00e9gime id\u00e9al\u00a0 :<\/h5>\n<p><strong>80%<\/strong> de v\u00e9g\u00e9taux : 70 \u00e0 80% des calories devraient venir de 4 groupes principaux : l\u00e9gumes, fruits, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, l\u00e9gumineuses<\/p>\n<p><strong>20%<\/strong> de prot\u00e9ines animales : Il y en a pour vous aussi les carnivores! Les viandes rouges, blanches, poissons, sont pr\u00e9sents au tableau et peuvent constituer entre 15 et 30% de nos apports.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ce r\u00e9gime est pauvre en graisse et riche en fibres. Il ne contient que peu d\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/alimentation-premiere-medecine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aliments transform\u00e9s<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0Dans l\u2019id\u00e9al il n\u2019en faudrait pas du tout, mais soyons r\u00e9aliste et vivons un peu dans le flux de notre monde   .<br \/>\nOui, pour certains d\u2019entre vous, cela signifie diminuer sa consommation en prot\u00e9ines animales, mais c\u2019est possible!
