Ou encore \u201c<\/i><i>Moi qui adorait mon job je me surprends \u00e0 le d\u00e9tester\u201d<\/i><i>\u00a0\u00a0\u201cje n\u2019ai plus d\u2019avenir\u201d \u00a0\u201c<\/i><b><i>je n\u2019ai plus envie de voir personne\u201d<\/i><\/b>\u00a0<b><i>\u201cje ne vais jamais m\u2019en sortir\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>La d\u00e9pression est une maladie psychique fr\u00e9quente qui affecte\u00a0<strong>11 % des hommes et 22 % des femmes<\/strong>. Ce sex ratio de \u00bd est probablement fauss\u00e9 par le fait que les hommes consultent moins que le femmes et sont donc sous-diagnostiqu\u00e9s. Il est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un risque suicidaire important puisque 30 \u00e0 50 % des tentatives de suicide en France, sont secondaires \u00e0 un \u00e9pisode d\u00e9pressif caract\u00e9ris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9pression est une maladie qui touche tous les \u00e2ges, depuis l\u2019enfance en passant par la femme enceinte jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tr\u00e8s tard dans la vie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>Des origines multiples pour comprendre la d\u00e9pression :<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Certaines personnes sont plus \u00e0 risque de d\u00e9pression en raison de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques :<\/b> un individu dont l\u2019un des parents fait une d\u00e9pression a deux \u00e0 quatre fois plus de risque d\u2019\u00eatre lui-m\u00eame d\u00e9pressif au cours de sa vie. Certaines variations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques associ\u00e9es \u00e0 cette vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es. Par exemple au niveau des g\u00e8nes codant pour le transporteur de la s\u00e9rotonine ou pour un autre facteur ( le BNDF) essentiel \u00e0 la prolif\u00e9ration et la survie des neurones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>facteurs\u00a0environnementaux :\u00a0<\/b>l\u2019impact de ces variations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques d\u00e9pend de l\u2019environnement dans lequel ils vont s\u2019exprimer. Il y a des environnements plus \u00e0 risque de conduire \u00e0 une d\u00e9pression. C\u2019est le cas de <strong>traumatismes pr\u00e9coces<\/strong>\u00a0survenus au cours l\u2019enfance d\u2019ordre\u00a0<strong>affectifs, psychologiques ou sexuels<\/strong>. Des situations et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de vie (un d\u00e9c\u00e8s, une perte d\u2019emploi, une s\u00e9paration\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>facteurs physiologiques propres<\/b>\u00a0: \u00a0<b>une maladie physique<\/b>\u00a0(certaines an\u00e9mies, troubles thyro\u00efdiens, tumeurs, maladie de Parkinson), des\u00a0<b>changements m\u00e9taboliques<\/b>\u00a0(m\u00e9nopause, andropause, grossesse, etc\u2026).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>facteurs sociaux :<\/b>\u00a0on sous-estime les\u00a0difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 vivre dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui pousse l\u2019individu \u00e0\u00a0se surpasser\u00a0dans tous les domaines (travail, loisirs et vie personnelle) et engendre le sentiment de ne pas \u00eatre assez performant ou \u00e0 la hauteur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, toutes les personnes expos\u00e9es \u00e0 ce type d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements ne d\u00e9veloppent pas la maladie. De plus, certaines personnes font une d\u00e9pression sans motif apparent. Il existe donc une\u00a0<strong>susceptibilit\u00e9 individuelle<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 la d\u00e9pression.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>Une sensation d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Pour les personnes qui sont plus \u00e0 risques de d\u00e9pression, la perte est susceptible d\u2019\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme d\u00e9vastatrice et insurmontable,. C&rsquo;est pour cela qu&rsquo;il est important de comprendre la d\u00e9pression.<\/p>\n<p>Ces personnes, plus r\u00e9actives au stress subi, ont parfois une fa\u00e7on de voir le monde qui les rend plus vuln\u00e9rables (pessimistes, anxieux, introvertis\u2026). Cette combinaison de facteurs am\u00e8nent ces personnes \u00e0 des\u00a0<b>croyances n\u00e9gatives sur soi, les autres, le monde et l\u2019avenir<\/b>. * Ces personnes peuvent ressentir\u00a0<i>\u201c je suis inutile\u201d, \u201cje n\u2019ai envie de voir personne\u201d,\u00a0\u201dle monde n\u2019a pas d\u2019avenir\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience commune de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u00e9prim\u00e9 pourrait tenir en une seule sensation, celle\u00a0<b>quasi physique d\u2019an\u00e9antissement<\/b>. Ce n\u2019est pas quelque chose que l\u2019on \u00e9prouve, c\u2019est plus comme une<b> immobilisation. <\/b>Un emp\u00eachement de ressentir les mouvements de la vie interne et ext\u00e9rieure, <b>l\u2019abolition de toute r\u00eaverie, de tout d\u00e9sir<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>La pens\u00e9e, l\u2019action et le langage semblent \u00eatre pris en masse par une violence du vide. La plainte du d\u00e9prim\u00e9, quand elle s\u2019exprime, est pauvre et r\u00e9p\u00e9titive avec une incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire quoique ce soit. Le fonctionnement au quotidien \u00e0 longtemps support\u00e9 ce ralentissement, avec un certain \u00e9quilibre trouv\u00e9 dans cette existence devenue restreinte. La personne est tellement\u00a0<b>anesth\u00e9si\u00e9e<\/b>\u00a0que la douleur est devenue\u00a0<b>automatique, habituelle<\/b>.**<\/p>\n<p>Si c\u2019est ce que vous ressentez ou ce que vous constatez pour un proche, ne restez pas immobile,\u00a0<b>des solutions existent<\/b>\u00a0!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>Mais comment le \u00ab\u00a0programme d\u00e9pression\u00a0\u00bb est-il mis en route ?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Entre les neurones de notre cerveau naissent l\u2019amour, la joie, mais aussi la peur ou la tristesse, le royaume des \u00e9motions et de l\u2019inconscient.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u00a0<b>stress,<\/b>\u00a0c\u2019est le talon d\u2019Achille des personnes d\u00e9pressives. La porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e o\u00f9 s\u2019engouffre la d\u00e9pression. Le stress est g\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le cerveau \u00e9motionnel par l\u2019amygdale qui est le centre de la peur.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019amygdale interpr\u00e8te le signe qu\u2019un danger ext\u00e9rieur nous menace. Elle r\u00e9agit imm\u00e9diatement en s\u00e9cr\u00e9tant des hormones du stress : cortisol et noradr\u00e9naline qui vont acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le rythme cardiaque. L\u2019objectif est de pr\u00e9parer le corps au combat ou \u00e0 la fuite.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps il se passe quelque chose dans la zone du cerveau derri\u00e8re le front (le n\u00e9ocortex frontal). C\u2019est dans cette r\u00e9gion que s\u2019\u00e9labore la pens\u00e9e, l\u2019abstraction, le langage, bref le royaume de la raison et du conscient. Mais r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir retarderait nos chances de survie, donc l\u2019amygdale d\u00e9branche le cortex pr\u00e9frontal.<\/p>\n<p>En th\u00e9orie, le cortex pr\u00e9frontal se rallume apr\u00e8s l\u2019intervention de l\u2019hippocampe. Mais pendant la d\u00e9pression, les hormones du stress augmentent tellement qu\u2019elles finissent par d\u00e9truire les neurones de l\u2019hippocampe. Affaibli, il ne peut plus remplir sa mission et \u00a0rallumer la bougie de notre petit cortex pr\u00e9frontal.
