R\u00e9parer le corps en quelques jours ou quelques semaines des exc\u00e8s d\u2019un an ou plus est une id\u00e9e illusoire. Elles n\u2019ont en plus aucun effet pr\u00e9ventif ou curatif prouv\u00e9. En fonctionnant, le corps produit des d\u00e9chets ou des m\u00e9tabolites. Ces d\u00e9chets sont tout aussi bien issus de l\u2019alimentation que l\u2019\u00e9limination d\u2019autres substances toxiques comme les m\u00e9taux lourds, les pesticides ou les antibiotiques. Ne vous inqui\u00e9tez pas vous pourrez manger de tout, il y a simplement des produits \u00e0 temp\u00e9rer.
