Ainsi, tout ce qui vous fera plaisir mais qui soit sain et de bonne qualit\u00e9\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manger les nutriments<\/strong>\u00a0participant \u00e0 la synth\u00e8se ou \u00e0 l\u2019activation de la\u00a0s\u00e9rotonine\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les\u00a0<strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> contenant les 8 acides amin\u00e9s essentiels. Il ne sert \u00e0 rien de dire \u00e0 une personne d\u00e9pressive \u201c avec un peu de volont\u00e9 tu vas y arriver\u201d car la d\u00e9pression est l\u2019an\u00e9antissement de cette volont\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Je ne pense pas qu\u2019on puisse rebondir apr\u00e8s une d\u00e9pression, mais que l\u2019on se reconstruit pas apr\u00e8s pas. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 que les th\u00e9rapies fond\u00e9es sur la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience sont une alternative aussi efficace que les traitements standard avec antid\u00e9presseurs contre les rechutes de d\u00e9pression. (3)<\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs ont pu observer les bienfaits de cette pratique la\u00efcis\u00e9e. En effet, vous vous souvenez du mauvais engrenage initi\u00e9 dans votre cerveau quand il y a d\u00e9pression ? la m\u00e9ditation semble l\u2019inverser.<\/p>\n<p>Elle permettrait d\u2019une part de stimuler le fonctionnement de la partie du cerveau \u00e0 l\u2019origine des pens\u00e9es positives. Et d\u2019autre part de stimuler la partie du cerveau qui pr\u00e9pare l\u2019organisme \u00e0 reprendre contact avec l\u2019environnement et \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019action.
