Les vitamines sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments indispensables pour le fonctionnement de notre organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Il en existe 13 pour un \u00eatre humain (Vitamine A, D, E, K, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 et B12). Toutes ont un r\u00f4le, et sont\u00a0<strong>n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9<\/strong>. On les trouve dans diff\u00e9rents aliments afin de satisfaire nos besoins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>B12, une vitamine importante, comme toutes les autres\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>La vitamine B12 est\u00a0<strong>un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel \u00e0 la croissance des cellules qui composent notre corps<\/strong>, \u00e0 leur fonctionnement, mais aussi et surtout \u00e0\u00a0<strong>l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/strong>. Elle a un r\u00f4le important dans\u00a0<strong>la synth\u00e8se de l\u2019ADN<\/strong>, des prot\u00e9ines de notre organisme, dans la protection de certaines fibres nerveuses (les nerfs), dans la\u00a0<strong>formation des globules rouges<\/strong>, et dans\u00a0<strong>le m\u00e9tabolisme des glucides et des lipides<\/strong>\u00a0(qui fournissent l\u2019\u00e9nergie de nos cellules).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12 vc_col-lg-6 vc_col-md-12\">\n<div class=\"vc_column-inner vc_custom_1493024490288\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><strong>En cas de carence<\/strong>\u00a0en vitamine B12, le corps est en moins grande forme, \u00e0 commencer par\u00a0<strong>une an\u00e9mie<\/strong>\u00a0(pas assez de globules rouges dans le sang)\u2026 Mais pas de panique, il est estim\u00e9\u00a0<strong>qu\u2019un r\u00e9gime \u00ab\u00a0standard occidental\u00a0\u00bb est susceptible de couvrir les besoins pendant 5 \u00e0 6 ans apr\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat d\u2019un apport en vitamine B12<\/strong>\u00a0! Cette carence est relativement rare, car certains aliments sont enrichis en vitamine\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Il faut savoir que la vitamine B12 est synth\u00e9tis\u00e9e uniquement par des bact\u00e9ries que l\u2019on retrouve dans les syst\u00e8mes digestifs des animaux, mais pas chez les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux. L\u2019Homme en produit mais en toute petite quantit\u00e9\u2026\u00a0<strong>Il faut donc manger de la viande ou animaux marins<\/strong>pour en apporter au corps, ou bien manger des aliments enrichis en vitamine B12 si l\u2019on ne mange pas de viande ou de poisson. \u00a0On la trouve en particulier dans les abats, les oeufs et les produits laitiers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>Pourquoi vitamine, et pourquoi b12 ?<\/h3>\n<p>On parle de<strong>\u00a0nutriments<\/strong>\u00a0lorsque que l\u2019on parle d\u2019<strong>\u00e9l\u00e9ments dont le corps a besoin<\/strong>. Les vitamines sont des nutriments, avec une fonction sp\u00e9cifique. Les vitamines se diff\u00e9rencient des \u00ab\u00a0aliments ordinaires\u00a0\u00bb dont le corps a besoin par leur tr\u00e8s petite quantit\u00e9 qu\u2019il nous faut manger tous les jours.<\/p>\n<p>On parle de la vitamine B12 car les vitamines B sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 compos\u00e9es par huit vitamines diff\u00e9rentes, toutes hydrosolubles (solubles dans l\u2019eau), qui ont<strong>\u00a0un r\u00f4le important dans le fonctionnement des cellules de notre corps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs pensaient \u00e0 l\u2019origine qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait qu\u2019un seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment, mais ont d\u00e9couvert par la suite que diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments coexistent pour former ce qu\u2019on peut appeler le \u00ab\u00a0complexe de vitamine B\u00a0\u00bb.
