Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un claquage ? Comment \u00e9viter que cela n&rsquo;arrive ? Dans la plupart des cas, c\u2019est le mollet ou la cuisse qui seront concern\u00e9s. Une sensation de \u00a0craquement du muscle, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une douleur aigu\u00eb, comme un coup de poignard dans la jambe. Voil\u00e0 les signes du <b>claquage musculaire<\/b>. S\u2019en suit l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de prendre appui sur la jambe touch\u00e9e ainsi que la formation d\u2019un h\u00e9matome sur la zone l\u00e9s\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Comment est-ce arriv\u00e9 ? Pas de certitudes, mais on peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement imputer un claquage \u00e0 un <b>mauvais \u00e9chauffement<\/b> musculaire avant l\u2019effort. Il peut \u00e9galement s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;une ancienne blessure que l\u2019on n\u2019aurait pas soign\u00e9e correctement ou m\u00eame d&rsquo;une <b>fatigue musculaire<\/b>\u00a0importante. Les claquages apparaissent la plupart du temps lors d\u2019un effort important, au cours duquel on effectuera des mouvements dits\u00a0<b>violents<\/b>.\u00a0<b>Aucun sportif n\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019abri <\/b>car ce traumatisme appara\u00eet chez les athl\u00e8tes sujets aux surentra\u00eenements. Tout comme chez la personne qui reprend le sport apr\u00e8s une longue p\u00e9riode sans activit\u00e9 physique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>Que faire apr\u00e8s un claquage : la m\u00e9thode grecque<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Il faut agir d\u00e8s le premier jour o\u00f9 survient la blessure, avec une m\u00e9thode simple, la\u00a0<b>m\u00e9thode GREC<\/b>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Gla\u00e7age<\/b>\u00a0: indispensable et \u00e0 appliquer sur le muscle. Attention \u00e0 ne pas poser la glace \u00e0 m\u00eame la peau pour ne pas se br\u00fbler. Il suffit de l\u2019envelopper dans une serviette que l\u2019on appliquera ensuite sur le muscle l\u00e9s\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><b>Repos<\/b>\u00a0: votre muscle est abim\u00e9, il ne faut donc pas le solliciter juste apr\u00e8s ce genre d\u2019accident, trouvez une position confortable dans laquelle votre muscle ne sera pas contract\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><b>El\u00e9vation<\/b>\u00a0: si c\u2019est votre jambe qui est touch\u00e9e, quand vous le pouvez, allongez-vous et placez des coussins sous votre pied afin de sur\u00e9lever la jambe. Cela aidera \u00e0 drainer l\u2019h\u00e9matome qui s\u2019est form\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li><b>Contention<\/b>\u00a0: afin d\u2019\u00e9viter le saignement au niveau de la l\u00e9sion, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019entourer le muscle d\u2019une bande \u00e9lastique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode est \u00e0 faire chez vous. Elle est facile \u00e0 retenir mais constitue seulement un premier soin. Il vous faudra\u00a0<b>consulter un m\u00e9decin<\/b> g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste au plus vite afin qu\u2019il d\u00e9termine la gravit\u00e9 de la l\u00e9sion. En fonction de la gravit\u00e9 du claquage musculaire, le temps de repos dont il va avoir besoin pour se soigner peut aller d\u2019une semaine \u00e0 deux mois.
