Il vous fera alors faire un bilan approfondi pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019origine de votre difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 avoir un enfant.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le diagnostic pos\u00e9, ce dernier remplira un dossier dans lequel figurera le protocole de soins. Il vous dirigera ainsi vers un centre de PMA.<\/p>\n<p>Le bilan r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par votre m\u00e9decin va permettre de mieux comprendre pourquoi ce b\u00e9b\u00e9 se fait tant d\u00e9sirer. Il participera \u00e0 t\u00e9moigner de l\u2019absence ou pr\u00e9sence d\u2019ovulation.<\/p>\n<p>Une\u00a0<b>exploration de votre cycle ovulatoire<\/b>\u00a0par un examen hormonal et une \u00e9chographie ovarienne est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement requise. On v\u00e9rifiera notamment le volume de vos testicules. Comme votre compagne, vous aurez \u00e9galement droit \u00e0 une exploration hormonale.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, vous devrez ensuite faire un\u00a0<b>spermogramme<\/b>\u00a0et\u00a0<b>spermocytogramme<\/b>afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer la concentration, la mobilit\u00e9 et la morphologie de vos spermatozo\u00efdes. Il permet ainsi de d\u00e9pister une pathologie de la glaire cervicale, pr\u00e9ciser les caract\u00e9ristiques de mobilit\u00e9 de spermatozo\u00efdes et rechercher une incompatibilit\u00e9 immunologique entre le sperme et le mucus.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-9 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-8 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-6 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:40;line-height:1.3;\"><h3>L&rsquo;origine du probl\u00e8me<\/h3><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><p>Les causes\u00a0<b>f\u00e9minines<\/b>\u00a0les plus fr\u00e9quentes sont\u00a0: une absence ou un dysfonctionnement del\u2019ovulation et des obstacles m\u00e9caniques comme une anomalies du col ut\u00e9rin, une insuffisance de glaire cervicale, un obstacle ut\u00e9rin, tubaire ou encore une endom\u00e9triose.<\/p>\n<p>Quant aux causes\u00a0<b>masculines,\u00a0<\/b>ce sont le plus souvent des anomalies des spermatozo\u00efdes, un nombre insuffisant de ceux-ci ou alors une \u00e9mission de sperme d\u00e9nu\u00e9 de spermatozo\u00efdes. Cette derni\u00e8re, peut \u00eatre due \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me de fabrication des spermatozo\u00efdes ou \u00e0 une obstruction des voies excr\u00e9toires.<\/p>\n<p>Il est tout de m\u00eame n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9ciser que\u00a0<b>10% des causes<\/b>\u00a0restent\u00a0<b>non physiques<\/b>.
