M\u00eame d\u00e9livr\u00e9s avec bienveillance, ils peuvent vite \u00e9garer, voire culpabiliser. La grossesse fera grimper en fl\u00e8che vos besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et seul ce que vous mangez nourrit b\u00e9b\u00e9 : vous \u00eates donc lib\u00e9r\u00e9e de toute restriction calorique ! Pour la prise de poids, sachez qu\u2019elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme normale entre 8 et 12 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Si les repas ne vous donnent ni naus\u00e9es ni reflux, vous pouvez tout \u00e0 fait manger 3 repas par jour. Sinon, faites plus de petits repas, en veillant \u00e0\u00a0<b>manger \u00e0 votre faim<\/b>. Ainsi, la plupart des apports (en particulier en prot\u00e9ines) seront assur\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient n\u00e9anmoins de pr\u00eater une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 certains nutriments :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la\u00a0<b>vitamine B9 ( ou acide folique)<\/b>\u00a0: si vous lui faites part de votre projet de grossesse, votre m\u00e9decin traitant ou gyn\u00e9cologue vous proposera une suppl\u00e9mentation \u00e0 prendre dans l\u2019id\u00e9al 1 mois avant la conception du b\u00e9b\u00e9 (quand on est pr\u00e9voyant   ) jusqu\u2019au deuxi\u00e8me mois de grossesse. L\u2019acide folique est\u00a0<b>b\u00e9n\u00e9fique<\/b>\u00a0pour le syst\u00e8me nerveux du f\u0153tus et pr\u00e9vient les anomalies de formations du tube neural, future moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re. Des aliments comme les noix, la levure\u00a0alimentaire et la salade verte en apportent des quantit\u00e9s int\u00e9ressantes. \u00c9vitez de manger trop de foie si vous en raffoler, qui contient certes de la B9, mais aussi beaucoup de vitamine A,\u00a0<b>dangereuse pour le f\u0153tus en exc\u00e8s.<\/b><\/li>\n<li>le\u00a0<b>fer<\/b>\u00a0: si vous \u00eates sujette aux carences, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 en parler \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin et prendre des compl\u00e9ments. Prudence avec la viande rouge (tr\u00e8s riche en graisses satur\u00e9es et en sel) ; pour varier, vous pouvez tout \u00e0 fait opter pour certains aliments v\u00e9g\u00e9taux (lentilles, \u00e9pinards, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>le\u00a0<b>calcium<\/b>\u00a0: ceci est d\u2019autant plus vrai si vous allaitez. Outre les produits laitiers, vous pouvez aussi opter pour les amandes, le brocoli, les l\u00e9gumes verts, les boissons enrichies\u2026<\/li>\n<li>la\u00a0<b>vitamine D<\/b>\u00a0: une ampoule est recommand\u00e9e lors du dernier trimestre de grossesse. Une exposition au soleil d\u2019environ 15 minutes par jour sur la peau nue devrait permettre un apport suffisant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3>Deux situation \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"eltd-accordion-holder eltd-accordion eltd-boxed eltd-accordion-rounded ui-accordion ui-widget ui-helper-reset\" role=\"tablist\">\n<h4 id=\"ui-id-1\" class=\"clearfix eltd-title-holder ui-accordion-header ui-state-default ui-accordion-header-active ui-state-active ui-corner-top\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"ui-id-2\" aria-selected=\"true\" aria-expanded=\"true\"><span class=\"eltd-tab-title\"><span class=\"eltd-tab-title-inner\">La toxoplasmose<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<div id=\"ui-id-2\" class=\"eltd-accordion-content ui-accordion-content ui-helper-reset ui-widget-content ui-corner-bottom ui-accordion-content-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"ui-id-1\" aria-hidden=\"false\">\n<div class=\"eltd-accordion-content-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Cette parasitose transmise par les chats et la terre peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer grave. Moins d\u2019une femme en \u00e2ge de procr\u00e9er sur 2 est immunis\u00e9e, ce qui fait toute l\u2019importance de ces quelques mesures de pr\u00e9vention :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00e9viter le contact avec les chats et les objets souill\u00e9s par leurs d\u00e9jections<\/li>\n<li>ne consommer de viande que tr\u00e8s cuite, se laver les mains tout de\u00a0suite apr\u00e8s avoir manipul\u00e9 des morceaux crus<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9plucher et bien rincer les l\u00e9gumes, fruits crus et les herbes fra\u00eeches<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9viter le contact avec la terre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une prise de sang vous sera propos\u00e9e tous les mois si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas immunis\u00e9e. Il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019immunit\u00e9, les r\u00e8gles de pr\u00e9vention s\u2019appliquent donc \u00e0 toutes les femmes enceintes. Il faut bannir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la\u00a0<b>charcuterie en gel\u00e9e<\/b><\/li>\n<li>les\u00a0<b>produits laitiers crus\u00a0<\/b>ou<b>\u00a0non pasteuris\u00e9s<\/b><\/li>\n<li>les<b>\u00a0graines germ\u00e9es crues<\/b><\/li>\n<li>le\u00a0<b>surimi<\/b>, le<b>\u00a0tarama<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En dehors de cela, il convient bien s\u00fbr d\u2019\u00eatre vigilante quant \u00e0 l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et au respect de la cha\u00eene du froid.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Une fois ces r\u00e8gles de pr\u00e9vention acquises, s\u2019alimenter lorsqu\u2019on est enceinte rel\u00e8vera presque du jeu d\u2019enfant. Des situations particuli\u00e8res comme le diab\u00e8te, l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 ou les maladies chroniques n\u00e9cessitent un suivi m\u00e9dical rapproch\u00e9.
