Par exemple :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le sommeil<\/strong>\u00a0: l\u2019endormissement est facilit\u00e9 par une hormone que vous connaissez tous qui s\u2019appelle la m\u00e9latonine dont sa s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion est r\u00e9gul\u00e9e par la lumi\u00e8re. Elle est s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 la tomb\u00e9e du jour et sa concentration est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en hiver car les nuits sont plus longues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L\u2019alimentation<\/strong>\u00a0: notre sensation de faim nous est donn\u00e9e par la ghr\u00e9line qui est s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e dans l\u2019estomac en pic 3 fois par jour avant la prise des repas \u00e0 7h, 12h, et 19h, afin de signaler la faim. Elle se calme lorsque vous commencez \u00e0 manger, pour redescendre pendant au moins trois heures apr\u00e8s avoir mang\u00e9.
