Ainsi, l\u2019individu se sent vid\u00e9 de toute \u00e9nergie et les t\u00e2ches habituelles semblent difficiles et souvent r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec lenteur.<\/li>\n<li><b>Le cynisme vis \u00e0 vis du travail : <\/b>cette deuxi\u00e8me dimension est corr\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 une d\u00e9shumanisation de l\u2019individu lui-m\u00eame et vis-\u00e0-vis des autres. Cela se caract\u00e9rise par un d\u00e9tachement, une indiff\u00e9rence, parfois m\u00eame une irritabilit\u00e9. Les patients\/clients\/coll\u00e8gues semblent lointains et les relations anesth\u00e9si\u00e9es. Certains auteurs en voient une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019adaptation pour lutter contre la sur-sollicitation auquel l\u2019individu fait face.<\/li>\n<li><b>La diminution de l\u2019accomplissement personnel au travail : <\/b>les efforts jusque-l\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s semblent avoir perdu tout leur sens. Dans ce cas, l\u2019individu met en doute ses propres capacit\u00e9s au travail et se d\u00e9valorise, ne se sentant pas \u00e0 la hauteur de ce qu\u2019il lui est demand\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 28; line-height: 1.3;\" data-fontsize=\"28\" data-lineheight=\"36.4px\">Les signes du burn out sont nombreux et ont plusieurs origines<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Physiques<\/b> : les signes sont tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9s; il peut s\u2019agir de maux de t\u00eate, de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/dyspepsie-troubles-digestifs-comment-faire\/\">troubles digestifs<\/a> (naus\u00e9es, constipation, diarrh\u00e9e), de troubles du sommeil, de perte\/hausse de poids significative, de fatigue chronique, de douleurs musculaires et articulaires (dos, cou, \u00e9paules), voire m\u00eame de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameli.fr\/assure\/sante\/themes\/fibromyalgie\/comprendre-fibromyalgie#:~:text=La%20fibromyalgie%2C%20ou%20syndrome%20fibromyalgique%2C%20est%20une%20affection%20chronique%20caract%C3%A9ris%C3%A9e,des%20troubles%20du%20sommeil%2C%20etc.\">fibromyalgie<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Psychiques et comportementales<\/b> : l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 sont des signes fr\u00e9quents du burn out. Ainsi, des crises de col\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9es ou d\u00e9clench\u00e9es sur un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de faible importance peuvent avoir lieu. Une tristesse avec des crises de larmes peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente, ou au contraire l\u2019absence d\u2019\u00e9motions et le manque d\u2019empathie, souvent associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un humour noir, un besoin permanent de s&rsquo;isoler allant parfois \u00e0 des pens\u00e9es suicidaires. Enfin, des addictions peuvent \u00e9galement se mettre en place (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/alcool-une-drogue-comme-une-autre\/\">alcool<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/pour-arreter-de-fumer\/\">tabac<\/a>, cannabis, anxiolytiques, stimulants&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li><b>Cognitives<\/b> : des difficult\u00e9s de concentration et \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision, des troubles de la m\u00e9moire, une lenteur \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des t\u00e2ches, de la d\u00e9motivation et l&rsquo;accumulation d&rsquo;erreurs peuvent \u00eatre li\u00e9s au burn out. L\u2019ensemble de ces manifestations vont favoriser le sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre incapable de remplir ses obligations professionnelles, empirant alors le mal-\u00eatre ressenti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 28; line-height: 1.3;\" data-fontsize=\"28\" data-lineheight=\"36.4px\">Ne pas confondre le burn out avec d&rsquo;autres probl\u00e8mes&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>Il faut distinguer le burn out de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/depression-saisonniere-comment-faire\/\">d\u00e9pression<\/a>. En effet, les individus le consid\u00e8rent souvent comme une simple manifestation de celle-ci.
