Nous r\u00e9agissons \u00e0 la\u00a0plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e<\/a>\u00a0par le Conseil National de L\u2019Ordre des M\u00e9decins (CNOM) \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de la mutuelle EOVI-MCD pour la mise en avant de son offre de t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation dans un spot publicitaire. Pr\u00e9cisons au pr\u00e9alable qu\u2019aucun des signataires de cette tribune n\u2019a d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat direct avec la mutuelle EOVI-MCD.<\/p>\n

Le CNOM veut s\u2019assurer, a\u0300 raison, que l\u2019on ne cre\u0301e pas une me\u0301decine a\u0300 deux vitesses. Cela est d\u2019autant plus ne\u0301cessaire que la te\u0301le\u0301me\u0301decine a un objectif cle\u0301 : faciliter l\u2019acce\u0300s aux soins pour tous. Garder et suivre cet objectif est crucial pour son de\u0301veloppement a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301chelle nationale.<\/p>\n

En ce sens, nous comprenons donc la position du CNOM qui s\u2019inquie\u0300te de constater que cette publicite\u0301 puisse cre\u0301er une se\u0301lection des patients, par le conditionnement de l\u2019acce\u0300s au service pour les seuls be\u0301ne\u0301ficiaires de cette mutuelle.<\/p>\n

Ne\u0301anmoins, cette situation s\u2019explique notamment par le \u201cze\u0301ro reste a\u0300 charge pour les patients\u201d que doivent respecter les projets de te\u0301le\u0301me\u0301decine depuis 2010. En l\u2019absence d\u2019une prise en charge des actes par l\u2019Assurance Maladie, les services de te\u0301le\u0301consultation ont du\u0302 en particulier solliciter le soutien financier des comple\u0301mentaires sante\u0301.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Il est sans doute dommage que EOVI-MCD ait fait un lien direct entre la te\u0301le\u0301consultation et la souscription de son \u201cproduit\u201d de couverture sante\u0301. Cependant, l\u2019offre qu\u2019elle met en avant a ceci d\u2019inte\u0301ressant qu\u2019elle respecte ce principe d\u2019un reste a\u0300 charge nul pour le patient, car la mutuelle prend en charge le cou\u0302t a\u0300 100%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0Il est aujourd\u2019hui grand temps d\u2019e\u0302tre constructifs et que l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la sante\u0301 avancent main dans la main pour ne pas tuer dans l\u2019\u0153uf des pratiques qui e\u0301mergent.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Rappelons que la France est en retard dans le de\u0301ploiement de la te\u0301le\u0301me\u0301decine, tre\u0300s en retard\u2026 A titre indicatif, la Suisse propose la te\u0301le\u0301consultation depuis 1999 ! Et si on veut e\u0301viter que les GAFA\u00a0[NDLR : Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon]<\/em>\u00a0ne s\u2019emparent de la sante\u0301 (ils ne cachent pas leurs ambitions sur le sujet), il faut mettre fin aux postures entre les diffe\u0301rents acteurs, publics comme prive\u0301s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

  2. Repenser l\u2019orientation dans le parcours de soins pour limiter le cou\u0302t de la sante\u0301, en utilisant au mieux les possibilite\u0301s offertes par les nouvelles technologies<\/li>\n
  3. Placer le me\u0301decin au c\u0153ur du de\u0301veloppement de la te\u0301le\u0301consultation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Il faut agir vite et en bonne intelligence pour assurer l\u2019universalite\u0301 d\u2019acce\u0300s aux soins. Nous invitons donc l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la te\u0301le\u0301me\u0301decine, le Conseil National de l\u2019Ordre des Me\u0301decins (CNOM), les Organismes Comple\u0301mentaires d\u2019Assurance Maladie (OCAM) et les pouvoirs publics a\u0300 se re\u0301unir autour de la table pour e\u0301changer et avancer ensemble, avec bienveillance, vers l\u2019avenir de la te\u0301le\u0301me\u0301decine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
