Son activit\u00e9 se modifie et les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives se multiplient, on est alors plus sujet au trouble de sommeil, \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, la d\u00e9pression, le burn-out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Les muscles<\/b>\u00a0eux sont \u00e0 risque de contractures avec d\u00e9veloppement de douleur dans la nuque (cervicalgies) et maux de t\u00eate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Le c\u0153ur\u00a0<\/b>est une des principales victimes du stress avec augmentation de formation de plaques ath\u00e9romateuses (d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de graisse sur la parois des vaisseaux du c\u0153ur) et risque que celles-ci se bouchent (angor, infarctus).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Le taux de sucre dans le sang<\/b>\u00a0est modifi\u00e9 par l\u2019hormone du stress, le cortisol, qui diminue les effets de l\u2019insuline qui permet de diminuer la glyc\u00e9mie. Le pancr\u00e9as compense en s\u00e9cr\u00e9tant plus d\u2019insuline et ceci l\u2019\u00e9puise. Le diab\u00e8te pointe son nez\u2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Les yeux<\/b> sont touch\u00e9s par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de l\u2019augmentation de la pression intraoculaire. Ce qui peut mener \u00e0 une d\u00e9gradation du nerf optique, donc \u00e0 un glaucome, une r\u00e9duction progressive du champ de vision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>L\u2019intestin<\/b>, c\u2019est bien connu peut lui aussi \u00eatre tr\u00e8s affect\u00e9 par le stress, si\u00e8ge des affections \u00e9motionnelles. L\u2019intestin r\u00e9agit, s\u2019inflamme et devient perm\u00e9able \u00e0 des mol\u00e9cules toxiques. Au maximum des manifestations, la moindre des t\u00e2ches peut sembler insurmontable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le burn-out est \u00e0 ne pas confondre avec la d\u00e9pression qui s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e0 tous les domaines de la vie. Tandis que le burn-out se concentre sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Le burn-out, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, la d\u00e9pression, les troubles psychosomatiques n\u2019\u00e9pargnent pas les enfants ni les adolescents obs\u00e9d\u00e9s par leur r\u00e9ussite. Vivant dans une culture de la rivalit\u00e9, accentu\u00e9 par les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. L\u2019obsession de la performance peut y \u00eatre tr\u00e8s marqu\u00e9e dans cette tranche de la population.
