Pourtant il semblerait que nous en manquons tous car 98 % de la population Fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 un apport insuffisant en acide gras om\u00e9ga 3. Alors dans quels aliments les trouve-t-on ? A quoi servent-ils ? 16px;\">om\u00e9ga 3<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sont tr\u00e8s sup\u00e9rieures aux apports constat\u00e9es de la population Fran\u00e7aise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00ab\u00a0Les fran\u00e7ais consomment 0,4% d\u2019acide-gras om\u00e9ga 3 par jour alors que les recommandations avoisinent les 1%\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Cette constatation est due au manque d\u2019apport en produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux source d\u2019<strong>acide-alpha linol\u00e9nique<\/strong>, le \u201cbon\u201d gras qui nous permet de synth\u00e9tiser dans le corps les om\u00e9ga 3.<\/p>\n<p>Notre alimentation manque en effet de\u00a0<strong>l\u00e9gumes verts<\/strong>, de\u00a0<strong>noix<\/strong>, de bonnes\u00a0<strong>huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales <\/strong>de cuisine, de poisson gras, des oeufs de poules nourries aux graines de lin (de la fili\u00e8re \u201cbleu-blanc-coeur\u201d source d\u2019om\u00e9ga 3), de crustac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le manque d\u2019om\u00e9ga 3 est aussi d\u00fb \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition qu\u2019il y a entre les\u00a0<strong>om\u00e9ga 6<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>pro-inflammatoires<\/strong>) et les\u00a0<strong>om\u00e9ga 3<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>anti-inflammatoires<\/strong>). Dans notre civilisation, nous consommons 20 \u00e0 40 fois plus d\u2019om\u00e9ga 6 que d\u2019om\u00e9ga 3 alors qu\u2019un rapport optimal voudrait que l\u2019on consomme 4 fois plus d\u2019om\u00e9ga 6 que d\u2019om\u00e9ga 3.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h3 id=\"ui-id-1\" class=\"clearfix eltd-title-holder ui-accordion-header ui-state-default ui-accordion-header-active ui-state-active ui-corner-top ui-state-focus\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"ui-id-2\" aria-selected=\"true\" aria-expanded=\"true\"><span class=\"eltd-tab-title\"><span class=\"eltd-tab-title-inner\">Alimentation transform\u00e9e : 1er responsable\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<div id=\"ui-id-2\" class=\"eltd-accordion-content ui-accordion-content ui-helper-reset ui-widget-content ui-corner-bottom ui-accordion-content-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"ui-id-1\" aria-hidden=\"false\">\n<div class=\"eltd-accordion-content-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Ce manque vient de notre mode de vie et de nos habitudes alimentaires qui comprennent trop de nourriture ultra-transform\u00e9e,\u00a0<strong>trop grasse<\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>trop sucr\u00e9e <\/strong>dans laquelle sont contenus de grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019om\u00e9ga 6.<\/p>\n<p>Or ce sont les m\u00eames enzymes qui s\u2019occupent de transformer les pr\u00e9curseurs d\u2019acide gras en om\u00e9ga 3 ou en 6. Ils sont donc en comp\u00e9tition l\u2019un envers l\u2019autre. Il ne tient alors qu\u2019\u00e0 nous de nous alimenter sainement pour favoriser la fabrication d\u2019acide gras qui vont prot\u00e9ger notre sant\u00e9 : les om\u00e9ga 3 !<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-bottom:5px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p id=\"ui-id-3\" class=\"clearfix eltd-title-holder ui-accordion-header ui-state-default ui-state-focus ui-accordion-header-active ui-state-active ui-corner-top\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"ui-id-4\" aria-selected=\"true\" aria-expanded=\"true\"><span class=\"eltd-tab-title\"><span class=\"eltd-tab-title-inner\">Les risques li\u00e9s au manque en om\u00e9ga 3 : <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"clearfix eltd-title-holder ui-accordion-header ui-state-default ui-state-focus ui-accordion-header-active ui-state-active ui-corner-top\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"ui-id-4\" aria-selected=\"true\" aria-expanded=\"true\">L\u2019acide alpha-linol\u00e9nique (AAL) est un\u00a0<strong>acide gras essentiel<\/strong>\u00a0(que l\u2019on ne fabrique pas) et indispensable (il est la brique n\u00e9cessaire pour fabriquer d\u2019autres acides gras essentiels \u00e0 notre bon fonctionnement).<\/p>\n<div id=\"ui-id-4\" class=\"eltd-accordion-content ui-accordion-content ui-helper-reset ui-widget-content ui-corner-bottom ui-accordion-content-active\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"ui-id-3\" aria-hidden=\"false\">\n<div class=\"eltd-accordion-content-inner\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Les cellules du coeur en sont particuli\u00e8rement friandes et sa consommation permet la pr\u00e9vention des\u00a0<strong>maladies cardio-vasculaires<\/strong>\u00a0et de nombreux\u00a0<strong>cancers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019AAL limite la progression de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/angine-de-poitrine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">plaque d\u2019ath\u00e9rome<\/a>\u00a0(qui bouche potentiellement les art\u00e8res), c\u2019est aussi le seul acide gras \u00e0 \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9 dans la\u00a0<strong>limitation de fabrication de la graisse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, de son apport d\u00e9pend la fabrication en quantit\u00e9 suffisante des fameux om\u00e9ga 3 (les acides gras EPA et DHA).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-6 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-margin-top:5%;--awb-margin-bottom:5%;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-5 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&gt; Pour les personnes souffrant de maladies cardio-vasculaire, une dose de 1g par jour sera n\u00e9cessaire, sur le long-terme.
