On fait 10 minutes d\u2019une activit\u00e9 physique !<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour rester en forme, se <strong>r\u00e9veiller compl\u00e8tement<\/strong> et faire le <strong>plein d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong>. Choisissez ce qu\u2019il vous convient le mieux, quelques exemples pour vous aider :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aller <strong>courir<\/strong>, m\u00eame si c\u2019est pendant 10\u201315 minutes au d\u00e9but<\/li>\n<li>Faire un des fameux programmes d\u2019<strong>entra\u00eenement<\/strong> journalier en 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Faire 10 minutes de <strong>Hatha Yoga<\/strong> ( Yoga postural un peu physique)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si ce n\u2019est pas dans la liste, ce n\u2019est pas un probl\u00e8me, constituez-vous votre propre routine, vous pourrez la tenir d\u2019autant plus !<\/p>\n<h3>3. Un jus de l\u00e9gumes (en majorit\u00e9 !) \u00e0 jeun !<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Achetez-vous un extracteur de jus ou une centrifugeuse, il en existe \u00e0 des prix discount dans les grandes surfaces. Et faites-vous du bien en prenant des des vitamines, min\u00e9raux et oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments de fa\u00e7on concentr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le v\u00e9ritable jus sant\u00e9 est un jus vert, contenant le plus possible de l\u00e9gumes. Chaque jus peut-\u00eatre compos\u00e9 de 3 l\u00e9gumes au maximum auquel vous pouvez ajouter des graines, des ol\u00e9agineux ou des \u00e9pices (graine de Chia, s\u00e9same, noisettes, amandes, noix de cajou concass\u00e9es, gingembre, curcuma\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Exemple :<br \/>\n3 petites carottes ou une grosse carotte, 150 g d\u2019\u00e9pinard, \u00bd betterave cuite et 1 citron. Vous pouvez aussi rajouter \u00bd botte de persil.<br \/>\nVous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de remplacer la betterave par de l\u2019orange et du curcuma.<\/p>\n<p>Et si vous n&rsquo;avez pas le temps, vous pouvez toujours vous presser 1\/2 citron dans\u00a0 de l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de \u00e0 jeun, vous prendrez d\u00e9j\u00e0 soin de votre foie.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Un petit-d\u00e9jeuner de champion !<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9laissez quelques temps le pain-beurre confiture pour les quelques aliments conseill\u00e9s et voyez comment vous vous sentez. Le corps le matin est particuli\u00e8rement dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer et assimiler des prot\u00e9ines qu\u2019elles soient : animales (oeufs, fromages et produits laitiers) ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (soja, pois-chiche, lentilles, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes).<\/p>\n<p>Un petit-d\u00e9jeuner de champion n\u2019est pas \u00e9gal \u00e0 un repas d\u2019ogre, ce n\u2019est pas parce que vous prenez des prot\u00e9ines le matin que vous \u00eates oblig\u00e9 d\u2019en prendre des quantit\u00e9s astronomiques, surtout si vous travaillez en bureau.
