Pour cela il faut faire l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de l\u2019\u00e9chec car m\u00eame ces petits changements ne s\u2019acqui\u00e8rent pas en une journ\u00e9e. Le Dr Combe conseille d\u2019ajouter des <strong>f\u00e9culents<\/strong>\u00a0et des\u00a0<strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 chaque repas pour r\u00e9duire la fr\u00e9quence des crises.<br \/>\nC\u2019est la raison pour laquelle elle oriente vers un petit d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 l\u2019anglo-saxonne, avec du pain et des prot\u00e9ines : fromage, fromage blanc, jambon ou \u0153uf. Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, il faut les \u00e9roder un \u00e0 un, diminuer de quatre \u00e0 trois, puis de trois \u00e0 deux crises par jour ou par semaine\u2026<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0<em>Quand il n\u2019y a plus de vomissements pendant trois semaines, c\u2019est fini.
