Prenez toujours les escaliers \u00e0 la place des escalators. Pensez \u00e0 prendre un rechange pour le bureau si la m\u00e9t\u00e9o n\u2019est pas cl\u00e9mente ou si vous avez peur de transpirer. Vous pouvez aussi vous offrir un abonnement dans une salle de sport, un centre de yoga ou une piscine accessible entre midi et deux. Si vous ne pouvez pas vous le permettre, allez marcher ! Cela demande un tout petit peu d\u2019organisation, mais les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices d\u2019une demi-heure de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/sport-solution-pour-etre-en-bonne-sante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sport<\/a>\u00a0pour couper une journ\u00e9e n\u2019ont pas de prix.
