Pour limiter cette d\u00e9perdition, on peut diminuer les efforts pendant les fortes chaleurs, mais aussi l\u2019exc\u00e8s de caf\u00e9ine et d\u2019alcool ou autres diur\u00e9tiques mauvais pour les reins et peu hydratants. Apr\u00e8s une nuit de sommeil, le corps a pass\u00e9 plusieurs heures sans renouveler son eau. En boire un grand verre au saut du lit r\u00e9hydrate, d\u00e9toxifie et active le m\u00e9tabolisme. Ensuite, vous pouvez r\u00e9partir les boissons hydratantes tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, et le soir avant de se coucher.
