Nous avons tendance \u00e0 penser qu\u2019un bol de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et un jus de fruit font l\u2019affaire mais ce n\u2019est pas le cas. Ce repas, riche en glucides, augmente le taux de s\u00e9rotonine dans le cerveau, ce qui induit un coup de fatigue vers 11h. Un petit d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 base de prot\u00e9ines, qu\u2019elles soient animales (oeufs, fromages,..) ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (soja, c\u00e9r\u00e9ales,..) permet d\u2019augmenter notre niveau de dopamine et stimule l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019alerte et la vivacit\u00e9. Essayez donc des oeufs et de l\u2019avocat le matin !<br \/>\nPendant la journ\u00e9e, \u00e9vitez le grignotage, surtout si c\u2019est des aliments \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9 : ces derniers favorisent l\u2019hypoglyc\u00e9mie.
