Pour vous en pr\u00e9munir,\u00a0<strong>fa\u00eetes des pauses d\u2019au moins 5 minutes toutes les heures et regardez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement au loin<\/strong>. Vous pouvez par exemple regarder par la fen\u00eatre,\u00a0<em>une lumi\u00e8re naturelle \u00e9tant pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable<\/em>, et \u00e0 une\u00a0<em>distance d\u2019au minimum 5 m\u00e8tres<\/em>. Cela reposera votre \u0153il. Chez vous, utilisez un \u00e9clairage qui se rapproche de la lumi\u00e8re du jour, et quand vous regardez la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, ne le fa\u00eetes jamais dans le noir :\u00a0<strong>placez toujours un petit \u00e9clairage derri\u00e8re l\u2019\u00e9cran<\/strong>. Cela vaut pour smartphones et ordinateurs.
