En dehors des crises, on peut se soigner en pr\u00e9ventif avec les\u00a0<strong>plantes en compl\u00e9ment alimentaire<\/strong>\u00a0: la\u00a0<em>griffe du diable<\/em>\u00a0pour ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires et le\u00a0<em>saule blanc<\/em>\u00a0pour ses vertus effet anti douleur. C\u2019est une erreur, sauf si la douleur est intenable.\u00a0<strong>Il ne faut pas rester alit\u00e9 car cela aggrave l\u2019ankylose et la fonte musculaire.<\/strong>\u00a0Sans aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 travailler avec un mal de dos ou un dos bloqu\u00e9, il faut continuer \u00e0<em>\u00a0bouger un minimum<\/em>. Quelques positions et mouvements peuvent soulager, comme de s\u2019allonger sur le dos, jambes repli\u00e9es en ramenant les jambes pr\u00e8s du buste avec les bras. Sur un gros ballon,\u00a0<em>asseyez-vous en exer\u00e7ant de l\u00e9g\u00e8res rotations<\/em>\u00a0pour mobiliser votre bassin et lib\u00e9rer les muscles para vert\u00e9braux. Inspirez, en rentrant le menton et en \u00e9tirant la nuque vers le haut pour vous grandir. Trop prendre sur soi provoque\u00a0<em>crispations et tensions<\/em>, en commen\u00e7ant par la m\u00e2choire, puis la nuque, les trap\u00e8zes, et toute la colonne : hop c\u2019est dos bloqu\u00e9 ! Eliminez avec votre m\u00e9decin les\u00a0<strong>causes physiologiques<\/strong>, puis affrontez votre probl\u00e8me \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un th\u00e9rapeute. Parfois il vous suffira de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/mieux-respirer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>r\u00e9apprendre \u00e0 bien respirer<\/strong><\/a>, et de vous d\u00e9tendre. Un kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute, un ost\u00e9opathe ou autre sp\u00e9cialiste pourra donner des conseils personnalis\u00e9s et manipuler si n\u00e9cessaire. Il pourra \u00e9ventuellement prescrire une ceinture dorsale, ou des infiltrations ponctuelles de cortisone si la source du dos bloqu\u00e9 est d\u2019ordre articulaire.
