Le mieux est d\u2019utiliser des alternatives naturelles comme le bicarbonate de soude et le vinaigre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fais des cures de temps en temps pour renforcer ton syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/strong>\u00a0et te nettoyer le corps et l\u2019esprit. Tu peux prendre du\u00a0<em>jus du citron avec du gingembre<\/em>\u00a0et de l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de (pas chaude!) le matin \u00e0 jeun. Surtout ne mange pas dans les 20 minutes (minimum) qui suivent. Comme ces deux aliments ont des\u00a0<em>vertus d\u00e9puratives<\/em>, ils vont nettoyer le corps, et notamment le sang de tous les d\u00e9chets qu\u2019il contient. Ils vont \u00e9galement renforcer ton syst\u00e8me immunitaire (notamment contre le froid en r\u00e9chauffant les poumons et en activant les muqueuses), pr\u00e9venir certaines maladies cardiovasculaires et calmer les inflammations.<\/li>\n<li>En parlant de cure, que dis tu de faire une d\u00e9tox digitale ? Nous sommes tout le temps scotch\u00e9s \u00e0 nos \u00e9crans en train de pianoter, encore plus quand l\u2019on est \u00e9tudiant. Il serait bien de\u00a0<strong>se d\u00e9connecter un moment pour se reconnecter \u00e0 ce qui a de l\u2019importance<\/strong>\u00a0: au monde autour de nous, et \u00e0 soi m\u00eame. L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de revenir au temps des hommes pr\u00e9historiques mais d\u2019utiliser son t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, ordinateur ou autre, seulement quand c\u2019est essentiel. Il existe des\u00a0<em>AMAP sur certains campus<\/em>, souvent cr\u00e9\u00e9es par des \u00e9tudiants. Renseigne toi au Bureau de la vie \u00e9tudiante (BDE) ou m\u00eame aupr\u00e8s du Service de Sant\u00e9 Universitaire ; ce sont parfois des \u00e9tudiants relais-sant\u00e9 qui g\u00e8rent les paniers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fais attention \u00e0 la composition des aliments que tu ach\u00e8te.<\/strong>\u00a0Nous sommes souvent perdu devant les \u00e9tiquettes et les ingr\u00e9dients que l\u2019on ne connait m\u00eame pas, et n\u2019arrivons presque jamais \u00e0 savoir si c\u2019est le E273 qui est canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne ou le E253 et quand on est \u00e9tudiant, on a encore moins de temps pour se renseigner. Pour ne plus s\u2019emm\u00ealer les E, nous recommandons\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/yuka.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Yuka<\/a>, une application qui d\u00e9crypte la composition des produits (alimentaires et cosm\u00e9tiques) et les note pour toi !<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sois adepte du fait maison<\/strong>. C\u2019est le mieux pour la sant\u00e9 (et pour le porte-monnaie). C\u2019est tentant de manger dehors, ou de prendre des plats \u00e0 emporter mais ils contiennent beaucoup plus de sel, de sucre et de graisses satur\u00e9es que ce que tu cuisine chez toi. En plus,\u00a0<strong>la valeur nutritive de ces plats est souvent tr\u00e8s faible<\/strong>\u00a0et tu manqueras d\u2019\u00e9nergie 2 heures apr\u00e8s. Au final, le mieux est de se faire \u00e0 manger soi m\u00eame, au fur et \u00e0 mesure on s\u2019y habitue et\u00a0<em>c\u2019est plus un moment de plaisir qu\u2019une corv\u00e9e !<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Dernier conseil :\u00a0<strong>fais tes courses rationnellement.\u00a0<\/strong>C\u2019est \u00e0 dire quand tu n\u2019as pas faim, avec une liste de courses \u00e0 la main que tu coche au fur et \u00e0 mesure, en\u00a0<em>\u00e9vitant de passer par les rayons trop gras, sucr\u00e9s et sal\u00e9s<\/em>\u00a0;-). Le but :\u00a0<strong>en faire 10000<\/strong>. Comment ? Quand tu peux, ne prends pas de transport pour sortir, descends deux arr\u00eats avant le tien, et troque l\u2019ascenseur ou l\u2019escalator pour les escaliers. Sinon, accorde toi 30 minutes en fin de journ\u00e9e ou m\u00eame t\u00f4t le matin pour sortir marcher.<\/li>\n<li>Tu peux te tourner vers\u00a0<strong>des m\u00e9thodes douces pour faire une activit\u00e9 physique.<\/strong>\u00a0Le\u00a0<em>Yoga<\/em>, m\u00e9thode la plus connue se pratique sous plusieurs formes qui rejoignent le m\u00eame objectif : arriver \u00e0 un stade o\u00f9 le corps, le mental et l\u2019esprit sont en harmonie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail de posture, de respiration et de relaxation. Le\u00a0<em>Tai Chi<\/em>\u00a0va te permettre d\u2019\u00e9vacuer les tensions, d\u2019assouplir les muscles et d\u2019unifier l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du corps. Cette pratique, quand elle r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, r\u00e9duit les rhumes, migraines et probl\u00e8mes digestifs. Le\u00a0<em>Qi Gong<\/em>\u00a0consiste \u00e0 favoriser la circulation du sang et le flux d\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale sur la base de mouvements lents et gracieux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-7 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-7 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:40;line-height:1.3;\"><h3>Prends soin de ton sommeil<\/h3><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Il existe quelques petits r\u00e9flexes \u00e0 prendre quand on est \u00e9tudiant pour avoir un sommeil r\u00e9parateur et ne pas se r\u00e9veiller hors service\u00a0 m\u00eame apr\u00e8s avoir dormis 8 heures d\u2019affil\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Couche toi tous les jours \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure<\/strong>, ainsi, tu d\u00e9velopperas une routine et ton cerveau se reposera plus (oui, le cerveau aime la routine!)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eteins les \u00e9crans une heure avant le coucher<\/strong>, la lumi\u00e8re bleue n\u2019est vraiment pas une bonne chose pour ton sommeil (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencesetavenir.fr\/sante\/la-lumiere-bleue-des-ecrans-provoque-l-autodestruction-de-la-retine_126769\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pour ta r\u00e9tine non plus<\/a>). Si tu ne peux pas te d\u00e9connecter ou que tu dois travailler tard pense \u00e0 mettre un filtre de lumi\u00e8re bleue pour pr\u00e9server tes yeux.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D\u00eene t\u00f4t<\/strong>, plus il y a de temps entre le moment de ton d\u00eener et celui de ton coucher, mieux c\u2019est. L\u2019id\u00e9al est qu\u2019ils soient espac\u00e9s de 3 heures et que ton d\u00eener soit aux alentours de 19h.<\/li>\n<li>Ne bois pas trop de caf\u00e9 et\u00a0<strong>\u00e9vite les stimulants<\/strong>\u00a0si tu ne veux pas te coucher \u00e0 3 heures du matin.<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019il y a trop de stimuli externe (bruits, lumi\u00e8re) n\u2019h\u00e9site pas utiliser\u00a0<strong>des bouchons d\u2019oreille ou un masque de sommeil<\/strong>\u00a0: pratique quand on est 5 \u00e0 partager le m\u00eame toit.<\/li>\n<li>Si tu es en p\u00e9riode d\u2019examen,\u00a0<strong>dors entre deux r\u00e9visions<\/strong>. Une\u00a0\u00e9tude\u00a0a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 cette strat\u00e9gie \u00ab\u00a0sp\u00e9cial \u00e9tudiant\u00a0\u00bb pour garder la forme tout en r\u00e9ussissant ces ses examens. R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer entre deux r\u00e9visions\u00a0<em>boosterait la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 retenir l\u2019information<\/em>\u00a0jusque dans les 6 mois qui suivent. La m\u00e9ditation nous permet \u00e9galement de\u00a0<strong>mieux respirer en profondeur<\/strong>\u00a0donc mieux oxyg\u00e9ner son corps et renforcer ses capacit\u00e9s immunitaires pour mieux lutter contre les maladies de saison.<br \/>\nPour m\u00e9diter c\u2019est simple et tu peux le faire tout.e seul.e.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commence par te\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9server 10 minutes pendant la journ\u00e9e<\/strong>,\u00a0<em>id\u00e9alement le matin<\/em>, juste apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9veil, mais tu peux le faire un autre moment de la journ\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Assieds toi confortablement, le\u00a0<strong>dos droit mais pas rigide.<\/strong>\u00a0Si la position du lotus est confortable pour toi, opte pour celle ci.<\/li>\n<li>Ferme les yeux et\u00a0<strong>prends conscience des points de contact de ton corps<\/strong>\u00a0avec le coussin, chaise ou autre.<\/li>\n<li>Prends une dizaine de longues respirations profondes puis\u00a0<em>laisse ta respiration reprendre son rythme naturel<\/em>. Concentre toi sur celle ci\u00a0<strong>sans la contr\u00f4ler<\/strong>\u00a0: sens l\u2019air qui rentre par tes narines jusque dans tes poumons et ton diaphragme puis qui en ressort.<\/li>\n<li>Tu peux commencer \u00e0\u00a0<strong>compter tes respirations.<\/strong>\u00a0Chaque respiration (inspiration et expiration) vaut 1. Inspire, expire 1, inspire, expire 2, et ainsi de suite jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10.
