Pourtant, le sport est notre meilleur alli\u00e9 pour garder le moral et la sant\u00e9 : ce serait une erreur de s\u2019en priver pendant cette saison parfois propice aux petits coups de d\u00e9prime. Pratiquer une activit\u00e9 sportive en hiver est tr\u00e8s sain, \u00e0 condition d\u2019adopter quelques bons r\u00e9flexes. Si vous fa\u00eetes du sport en int\u00e9rieur,\u00a0<strong>couvrez-vous bien apr\u00e8s votre s\u00e9ance<\/strong>. La temp\u00e9rature de votre corps a augment\u00e9 mais elle va baisser petit \u00e0 petit. De m\u00eame, emportez toujours avec vous un<strong>\u00a0rechange<\/strong>pour ne pas porter de v\u00eatements humides de transpiration et dans l\u2019id\u00e9al,\u00a0<strong>prenez une douche chaude<\/strong>. Et si vous \u00e9chauffer dehors vous semble rude,\u00a0<strong>fa\u00eetes-le tranquillement au chaud<\/strong>\u00a0chez vous avant de sortir ! Pour \u00e9viter cela, pensez \u00e0\u00a0<strong>inspirer par le nez<\/strong>\u00a0et non par la bouche : cela r\u00e9chauffe l\u2019air qui entre dans nos narines et nos poumons. Pensez aussi \u00e0\u00a0<strong>boire beaucoup d\u2019eau<\/strong>. Les basses temp\u00e9ratures font oublier la soif, pourtant respirer l\u2019air froid augmente la d\u00e9shydratation, et bien s\u00fbr, transpirer aussi. Quand les temp\u00e9ratures virent au n\u00e9gatif, il vaut mieux pratiquer un sport en int\u00e9rieur. Salle de sport,\u00a0<strong>piscine couverte<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>salle d\u2019escalade<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>danse<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>yoga<\/strong>\u2026 Ce n\u2019est pas le choix qui manque ! Et si vous \u00eates frileux, c\u2019est parfait (sans vous priver de grand air r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement : la seule fa\u00e7on de\u00a0<em>synth\u00e9tiser de la vitamine D<\/em>\u00a0et de s\u2019oxyg\u00e9ner \u00e0 fond). Si vous \u00eates aux sports d\u2019hiver, il y a des chances que le thermom\u00e8tre passe au dessous de z\u00e9ro. Si vous ne trouvez pas l\u2019\u00e9nergie seul(e)s,\u00a0<strong>trouvez un ou plusieurs partenaires !<\/strong>\u00a0Vous pouvez par exemple cr\u00e9er un groupe whatsapp avec quelques amis, ou passer par des groupes type\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.onvasortir.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">OVS<\/a>. Si vous n\u2019aimez pas faire votre sport le soir quand la nuit est tomb\u00e9e, organisez-vous pour faire\u00a0<strong>une heure de sport le matin ou le midi avant le d\u00e9jeuner.<\/strong>\u00a0Et si vous avez pr\u00e9vu un s\u00e9jour au ski, c\u2019est le moment de vous entra\u00eener et de vous mettre en forme.\u00a0<em>Pratiquer un sport d\u2019hiver sans
