Nous avons tendance \u00e0 confondre faim et soif car l\u2019hypothalamus, la r\u00e9gion du cerveau qui permet \u00e0 notre syst\u00e8me nerveux de communiquer avec notre syst\u00e8me endocrinien (glandes, hormones, organes), r\u00e9gule les deux sensations en m\u00eame temps. Quand vous avez faim, pensez \u00e0 boire d\u2019abord et attendez un moment avant de manger. Si \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0, vous sentez toujours la faim, ne vous privez pas. Fa\u00eetes attention aux quantit\u00e9s : mangez seulement ce que votre corps peut assimiler pour ne pas dilater votre estomac.
