C\u2019est le moment de lui poser toutes les questions n\u00e9cessaires: la t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation n\u2019a pas de limite de temps.
\nSi vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez et que la consultation le permet, vous pouvez couper la vid\u00e9o pour ne garder que le son.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Envoi de l\u2019ordonnance<\/h3><\/h3><\/div>

Quelques minutes apr\u00e8s la t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation, vous recevez un email vous informant de la disponibilit\u00e9 de votre ordonnance (si le m\u00e9decin en a \u00e9mis une) et du compte-rendu de la consultation. L\u2019ordonnance est disponible via un lien s\u00e9curis\u00e9 (n\u00e9cessitant un mot de passe \u00e0 usage unique que vous recevez par sms). De plus, il vous suffira alors de l\u2019imprimer et de la remettre \u00e0 votre pharmacien. Si le pharmacien a des questions, il trouvera nos coordonn\u00e9es sur la prescription. Ainsi, il peut nous appeler et sera mis en relation directement avec le.a m\u00e9decin Hellocare.<\/p>\n

NB:\u00a0<\/em>Les ordonnances \u00e9mises sur notre plate-forme ne sont valables qu\u2019une seule fois et ne pourront faire l\u2019objet d\u2019aucun renouvellement.<\/p>\n

Si votre m\u00e9decin traitant n\u2019est pas inscrit sur la plateforme. Il ne pourra pas avoir acc\u00e8s aux comptes-rendus de vos t\u00e9l\u00e9consultations m\u00e9dicales. Vous devrez l\u2019en informer vous-m\u00eame si vous le souhaitez. En attendant, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 lui parler de nous et \u00e0 lui proposer de\u00a0nous rejoindre<\/a>\u00a0!<\/p>\n<\/div>

La t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation via Hellocare Now est un service priv\u00e9 qui n\u2019est pas pris en charge par la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale. Cependant si vous \u00eates b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d\u2019une assurance compl\u00e9mentaire sant\u00e9 qui a \u00e9tabli un partenariat avec nous. Celle-ci prendra en charge les appels dans les limites d\u00e9finies par votre contrat (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 12 appels par an).<\/p>\n

Si vous avez consult\u00e9 votre m\u00e9decin traitant.e via Hellocare Connect la t\u00e9l\u00e9consultation est prise en charge \u00e0 70% par l\u2019Assurance maladie (100% pour une affection longue dur\u00e9e).
