Nous avons tendance \u00e0 penser qu\u2019un bol de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et un jus de fruit font l\u2019affaire mais ce n\u2019est pas le cas. Ce repas, riche en glucides, augmente le taux de s\u00e9rotonine dans le cerveau, ce qui induit un coup de fatigue vers 11h. Essayez donc des oeufs et de l\u2019avocat le matin !<br \/>\nPendant la journ\u00e9e, \u00e9vitez le grignotage, surtout si c\u2019est des aliments \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9 : ces derniers favorisent l\u2019hypoglyc\u00e9mie. Charcuteries, fromages, eaux gazeuses charg\u00e9es en sodium, chips et plats industriels sont \u00e0 \u00e9viter au maximum. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de se priver de tout, mais de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer son alimentation et de r\u00e9\u00e9duquer son palais, comme on le fait pour\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/comment-arreter-le-sucre\/\">diminuer sa consommation de sucre<\/a>. On le trouve en grande quantit\u00e9 dans la banane, les haricots blancs, les lentilles, le riz, les noix, le chocolat noir \u2026 Le magn\u00e9sium est \u00e9galement essentiel pour \u00e9viter l\u2019hypertension car il joue un r\u00f4le important dans la contraction du muscle cardiaque et son oxyg\u00e9nation. Elle permet au c\u0153ur de faire moins d\u2019efforts pendant sa contraction en augmentant le volume sanguin propuls\u00e9 et mieux oxyg\u00e9n\u00e9. Le sport permet \u00e9galement de diminuer notre taux de sel en l\u2019\u00e9liminant par la transpiration. Il permet enfin de lutter contre le surpoids, qui favorise l\u2019hypertension. Choisissez des sports d\u2019endurance d\u2019intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la natation, la marche rapide, le footing ou le v\u00e9lo. Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont ainsi mis en lumi\u00e8re le lien entre m\u00e9ditation et baisse de la tension art\u00e9rielle chez ceux qui la pratiquent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s chez les hypertendus pratiquant le yoga, la sophrologie ou la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/coherence-cardiaque\/\">coh\u00e9rence cardiaque<\/a>.
