Concr\u00e8tement, ce serait penser aux devoirs des enfants alors que l\u2019on est au bureau. Cela peut aussi avoir des to-do lists sans fin qui ne sont jamais coch\u00e9es. Bien que la majorit\u00e9 des personnes touch\u00e9es sont des femmes en couple avec des enfants, la charge mentale concerne \u00e9galement les c\u00e9libataires et les personnes divorc\u00e9es. Les hommes en cong\u00e9 parental et les professionnels peuvent aussi en souffrir. Dans ce cas, nous parlons de <strong>charge mentale au travail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Comme tous les maux, nous ne sommes pas tous \u00e9gaux face \u00e0 la charge mentale. Certaines personnes peuvent g\u00e9rer ce trop plein et cette tension facilement, tandis que d\u2019autres peuvent rapidement craquer. Toutefois, le danger de la charge mentale est la prise de conscience tardive. Nous ne nous rendons compte de ce fardeau que lorsque nous craquons. Vous pouvez, par exemple, responsabiliser vos enfants en leur demandant de ranger leur chambre une fois par semaine au lieu de stresser par rapport au d\u00e9sordre. Acceptez que l\u2019autre fasse \u00e0 sa mani\u00e8re, baissez votre niveau d\u2019exigence et positivez ! Au lieu de critiquer, portez un regard diff\u00e9rent sur ce qui vous entoure. Rappelez vous que chaque action, aussi minime soit-elle, renferme une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/pensee-positive-et-detox-emotionnelle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">intention positive<\/a>. Celle ci peut \u00eatre compos\u00e9e de 3 t\u00e2ches principales par exemple, pour <strong>ne pas se disperser<\/strong> et aller de l\u2019avant plus facilement. Cela ne sert \u00e0 rien de planifier 10 choses \u00e0 faire, n\u2019en faire qu\u2019une et de culpabiliser \u00e0 la fin de la journ\u00e9e. Priorisez et hi\u00e9rarchisez vos t\u00e2ches : que dois je absolument faire aujourd\u2019hui ? Quelles sont les t\u00e2ches que je peux d\u00e9l\u00e9guer ?
