Il faut y aller progressivement pour <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/claquage-musculaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9viter les blessures<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et le d\u00e9couragement. Pour cela, la marche est le b.a.-ba. C\u2019est elle qui va remettre en route la machine, d\u00e9lier les tendons, les muscles et les articulations ais aussi permettre au souffle de se caler. Il faut alors marcher en conscience (en \u00e9tant attentif \u00e0 ses pas, sa posture, le paysage). Faire des balades r\u00e9guli\u00e8res en prenant un bon bol d\u2019air. Et si on manque de temps, marcher pour aller au travail ou faire les courses. C\u2019est dans ce but que vous devrez au quotidien faire quelques exercices de renforcement musculaire. Fessiers (en passant par les squats), abdominaux, pompes, gainage. Tout cela vous permettra de minimiser les chocs encaiss\u00e9s durant la course \u00e0 pied. Pensez aussi \u00e0 vous assouplir les chevilles avant chaque exercice, par exemple en gardant les talons au sol en vous asseyant. Et bien la marche rapide est tout aussi efficace et sportive que la course a pied si elle est bien pratiqu\u00e9e. Concr\u00e8tement, il s\u2019agit de marcher \u00e0 une vitesse de 6 \u00e0 8 km\/h, soit environ parcourir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2km en 15 minutes. Aidez-vous d\u2019une montre ou d\u2019un chrono et marchez dos droit, poitrine gonfl\u00e9e en regardant loin devant vous. Faites des enjamb\u00e9es moyennes puis plus petites et respirez en rythme. (Vous devez pouvoir discuter avec un partenaire sans \u00eatre essouffl\u00e9). Ensuite, ajoutez un peu de course \u00e0 pied \u00e0 chaque s\u00e9ance. D\u2019abord 2 km, puis 5, puis 10 \u00e0 votre rythme. Au fil des semaines, vous fournirez moins d\u2019efforts. Prenez des repas \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s qui ne vous alourdissent pas (pas trop de gras sans pour autant l\u2019\u00e9liminer), et vous donnent de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (pensez aux prot\u00e9ines et aux sucres lents). Et la veille d\u2019une course, privil\u00e9giez les aliments simples \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer. Tofu, viande maigre, poisson et l\u00e9gumes cuits, huile d\u2019olive. Le jour J, mangez des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, un avocat ou des bananes, et buvez beaucoup d\u2019eau. Vous devriez en effet en \u00e9liminer pas mal.
