L\u2019organisme a besoin de se r\u00e9approvisionner en acides gras et en lipides. En approvisionnant correctement notre organisme, celui ci ne fabrique pas de graisses comme le cholest\u00e9rol. R\u00e9sultat : le taux de cholest\u00e9rol baisse, la digestion est ralentie et on \u00e9vite les s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions anarchiques d&rsquo;insuline. Au menu donc des lipides, des prot\u00e9ines et des glucides \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas : fromage, beurre, jambon, pain complet, huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Entre midi et 13h, la lipolyse, ou le d\u00e9stockage des lipides, se termine. A ce moment l\u00e0, il est important de limiter l\u2019absorption des graisses et de privil\u00e9gier les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/proteines-animales-vegetales-conseils\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">prot\u00e9ines<\/a>. Celles ci augmentent la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 tout en pr\u00e9servant la masse musculaire. C\u2019est le moment id\u00e9al pour craquer sans culpabilit\u00e9, car l\u2019organisme a besoin de sucres pour produire de la s\u00e9rotonine, l\u2019hormone du bonheur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Avant de se coucher, l\u2019organisme devient paresseux, les s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions digestives se mettent en stand-by et tous les warnings du stockage virent au rouge. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez par exemple les fromages \u00e0 p\u00e2te dure et \u00e9vitez les laitages comme le yaourt ainsi que les fromages blancs et frais. Nous vous d\u00e9conseillons les soupes, bouillons et sauces, qui contiennent souvent une teneur de sel et de sucre tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Mieux vaut \u00e9galement mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les fruits et l\u00e9gumes tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9s comme la banane, la carotte, la betterave et la patate douce, ou n\u2019en consommer que tr\u00e8s peu. \u00c9vitez \u00e9galement les aliments light ou \u00e0 0% car ils envoient un message erron\u00e9 \u00e0 notre pancr\u00e9as, entra\u00eenant une sensation de faim sucr\u00e9e.
