Il faut dire que les probl\u00e8mes de sommeil constituent de s\u00e9rieux sujets de sant\u00e9 publique. D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, les siestes apr\u00e8s 16h risquent de perturber votre rythme de sommeil normal.<br \/>\nIl est important de choisir un <strong>endroit confortable<\/strong> pour vous d\u00e9tendre compl\u00e8tement. Votre chambre est la plus id\u00e9ale, mais si vous \u00eates au bureau, vous pouvez \u00e9galement le faire sur une chaise, ou encore dans votre voiture si vous \u00eates en voyage. Pour \u00e9liminer le bruit, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 utiliser des bouchons d\u2019oreille.<br \/>\nUne fois que votre corps est \u00e0 l\u2019aise, vous pouvez commencer \u00e0 aller vers votre calme int\u00e9rieur. Certaines peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du sommeil pendant la nuit :<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9cider de votre horaire et mettez une alarme<\/h3>\n<p>Vous pouvez d\u00e9cider de votre horaire, que ce soit 20, 30 ou 10 minutes. Si vous avez 15 minutes, prenez les pour somnoler. Si vous n\u2019avez que 5 minutes, fermez quand m\u00eame les yeux. Ce sera en tout cas un bref repos. Celui ci a l\u2019avantage de r\u00e9duire le stress et de vous aider \u00e0 vous d\u00e9tendre un peu et vous donner plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Toutefois, ne confondez pas un bref repos avec une micro sieste. Pour l\u2019alarme, choisissez, si possible, une alarme progressive pour ne pas vous paralyser.<\/p>\n<h3>Tester la sieste \u00ab\u00a0caf\u00e9in\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb (avant 15h)<\/h3>\n<p>Pour les amoureux du caf\u00e9, en boire un avant une micro sieste permettrait d\u2019optimiser cette derni\u00e8re. Par contre, et pour ne pas perturber votre sommeil, il est important d\u2019\u00e9viter la caf\u00e9ine apr\u00e8s 15h. La demi vie du caf\u00e9 dure en effet de quatre \u00e0 six heures !<\/p>\n<h3>Z\u00e9ro distractions<\/h3>\n<p>Pour que votre micro sieste soit efficiente, il est important de vous endormir rapidement. Pour cela, une pi\u00e8ce sombre et fra\u00eeche est id\u00e9ale mais pas indispensable. \u00c9teignez votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phones et n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 utiliser des accessoires comme un masque de sommeil.<\/p>\n<h3>Remettez vous directement dans le bain<\/h3>\n<p>Une fois votre micro sieste termin\u00e9e, reprenez directement ce que vous faisiez avant la sieste en prenant soin de vous hydrater. Si vous faites une sieste pendant votre pause d\u00e9jeuner, vous pouvez <strong>vous r\u00e9veiller 10 minutes avant l\u2019heure<\/strong> de reprise pour faire un tour dehors tr\u00e8s rapidement, juste le temps d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9clair\u00e9 par les rayons du soleil ou de marcher autour. Si pour n\u2019importe quelle raison, vous ne pouvez pas aller dehors (ou qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de soleil ce jour l\u00e0), vous pouvez boire un grand verre d\u2019eau ou vous laver le visage. Ces petits gestes vont ainsi faire savoir \u00e0 votre corps que la sieste est termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3>Essayer la m\u00e9ditation<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous n\u2019avez pas le temps de faire une sieste ou si vous ne vous sentez pas \u00e0 l\u2019aise d\u2019en faire une, essayez donc la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/meditation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">m\u00e9ditation<\/a>.
