Des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/category\/conseils-dermatologie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">allergies<\/a> qui se manifestent par les voies respiratoires sous forme d\u2019asthme ou de rhinite, ou par la peau, sous forme de dermatites. Ces dermatites sont alors appel\u00e9es dermatite atopique ou ecz\u00e9ma atopique. Elles sont souvent difficiles \u00e0 vivre et touche particuli\u00e8rement le jeune enfant et le nourrisson. On la reconna\u00eet \u00e0 plusieurs sympt\u00f4mes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De fortes d\u00e9mangeaisons provoquant des rougeurs et des l\u00e9sions, ainsi qu\u2019une peau s\u00e8che sur diff\u00e9rentes parties du corps et du visage. On constate en effet que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des personnes touch\u00e9es par une dermatite atopique ont un parent qui en est lui-m\u00eame atteint. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, le <strong>facteur immunologique<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire une forte sensibilit\u00e9 aux allerg\u00e8nes (types acariens, pollens, poils d\u2019animaux ou encore certains aliments). Tout d\u2019abord en effectuant un <strong>traitement de fond<\/strong>, qui consiste essentiellement \u00e0 maintenir la peau bien hydrat\u00e9e. Ensuite en <strong>soulageant<\/strong> les pouss\u00e9es inflammatoires quand elles apparaissent.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ces deux phases, il existe aussi bien des traitements sur ordonnance que des solutions douces et naturelles. A vous de voir ce qui fonctionne le mieux chez vous ou chez votre enfant !<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><h3>Les traitements de fond<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le traitement de fond de la dermatite concerne la peau dans sa globalit\u00e9, pas uniquement les zones atteintes. Voici une liste non exhaustive des r\u00e9flexes \u00e0 mettre en place pour \u00e9radiquer la maladie\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se laver avec un produit sp\u00e9cial peaux atopiques ou un savon naturel, et prendre des douches courtes \u00e0 l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de pour ne pas agresser la barri\u00e8re cutan\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hydrater quotidiennement sa peau avec des produits \u00e9mollients adapt\u00e9s. On peut aussi utiliser de l\u2019huile d\u2019amande douce et y ajouter une goutte d\u2019huile essentielle de lavande fine, reconnue pour ses vertus anti-inflammatoires.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eviter les environnements enfum\u00e9s ou surchauff\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019enfant peut se sentir complex\u00e9, voire abandonn\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019il est atteint par cette maladie. Le soutien et l\u2019affection sont donc doublement importants lors d\u2019une dermatite, le stress et <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vidal.fr\/maladies\/psychisme\/anxiete\/chez-enfant.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9tant des facteurs aggravants.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><h3>Comment soulager une crise d&rsquo;ecz\u00e9ma atopique?<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant une crise d\u2019ecz\u00e9ma atopique, il est important d\u2019\u00eatre soulag\u00e9 rapidement pour \u00e9viter de se gratter et d\u2019amplifier la situation. Plusieurs traitements prescrits par un m\u00e9decin et des traitements naturels peuvent vous y aider.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uniquement sur ordonnance : les dermocortico\u00efdes. Ces m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 usage local comportent de nombreux effets secondaires en cas de surdosage. Ils peuvent s\u2019av\u00e9rer tr\u00e8s efficaces mais ne se prennent jamais \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les antibiotiques par voie orale\u00a0 ou locale\u00a0 pour les cas les plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les compresses apaisantes de sauge ou de fleur de matricaire (dite aussi camomille allemande). On les fabrique en infusant les fleurs dans de l\u2019eau port\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant quelques minutes avant de laisser refroidir.
