Conservez le bocal au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant la nuit ou minimum quatre heures. Le lendemain, ajoutez des fruits (banane, kiwi, framboises\u2026) et une garniture (noisettes, amandes, noix de coco\u2026) et d\u00e9gustez !<\/p>\n<p><strong>La limonade mexicaine : la Chia Fresca <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 ml d\u2019eau ou d\u2019eau de coco<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia<\/li>\n<li>1 jus de citron frais<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ajoutez les graines et l\u2019eau dans un bocal et m\u00e9langez bien. Laissez ensuite reposer 10 minutes pour permettre aux graines de chia de gonfler et secouez de nouveau.
