Il affecte surtout les jambes, mais quelquefois aussi les bras.<br \/>\nOn ressent des fourmillements, des agacements\u00a0: les sensations et leur intensit\u00e9 varient beaucoup en fonction des personnes. Les jambes semblent vouloir bouger seules et sont travers\u00e9es par des mouvements involontaires lorsqu\u2019on est inactif, particuli\u00e8rement en position allong\u00e9e. On peut \u00e9galement ressentir les sympt\u00f4mes du syndrome des jambes sans repos en avion ou au bureau quand on reste assis longtemps. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On classe ce trouble parmi les troubles du sommeil, et les personnes qui en souffrent se plaignent de somnolence en journ\u00e9e, d\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 ou de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se concentrer. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement vous masser ou appliquer des compresses froides ou chaudes sur vos jambes, ou encore prendre un bain pour vous d\u00e9tendre. De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il faut d\u00e9tourner votre attention de ces sensations p\u00e9nibles en vous concentrant sur autre chose.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On peut aussi diminuer les troubles en supprimant certains traitements et en corrigeant une \u00e9ventuelle carence en fer.
