Seule une fraction minime de la population souffre d\u2019une allergie aux prot\u00e9ines de lait de vache, l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.allergieaulaitdevache.fr\/a-propos-de-l-aplv\/qu-est-ce-que-l-plv\/aplv-ou-intolerance-au-lactose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">APLV<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, n\u00e9cessitant en effet une \u00e9viction stricte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une maladie auto-immune comme le diab\u00e8te de type 1 peut \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessiter une \u00e9viction totale. Autrement, chaque individu tol\u00e9rera plus ou moins le lactose selon sa sensibilit\u00e9 et en fonction de sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 produire de la lactase, l\u2019enzyme permettant la digestion du lactose. Il s\u2019agit donc de doser en restant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des r\u00e9actions de son organisme pour retrouver un confort intestinal. Le lait de ch\u00e8vre et de brebis \u00e9tant beaucoup digestes que le lait de vache, vous pouvez commencer par ne garder que les fromages fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de ces derniers. Les fromages \u00e0 p\u00e2te dure sont \u00e9galement mieux tol\u00e9r\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 laitages, sachez que les yaourts sont plus digestes que le lait seul, puisqu\u2019il contiennent des ferments lactiques. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces aliments restent b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la flore en petite quantit\u00e9, et on peut les choisir au lait de ch\u00e8vre ou de brebis aussi. Si vous aimez boire du lait, tournez vous vers les laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux. Parmi les laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux (qu\u2019on peut aussi utiliser pour cuisiner ) le choix est vari\u00e9. Parmi les laits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux on trouve les laits ol\u00e9agineux (lait d\u2019amandes, de pistaches, de noisettes, de chanvre, de cacahu\u00e8tes \u2026), les laits de l\u00e9gumineuses prot\u00e9agineux (lait de soja, de pois chiche\u2026) et les laits de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (lait d\u2019avoine, de riz, d\u2019\u00e9peautre, de seigle, de bl\u00e9\u2026).
