Il d\u00e9signe aujourd\u2019hui la chute de cheveux chez l\u2019humain (et des poils de n&rsquo;importe quelle partie du corps). L\u2019alop\u00e9cie n\u2019est pas dangereuse, mais peut alerter sur un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9. On les classe en deux grandes cat\u00e9gories\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:40;line-height:1.3;\"><h3><b>L&rsquo;alop\u00e9cie non cicatricielle<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a chute de cheveux mais les follicules pileux restent vivants, les cheveux et les poils peuvent repousser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Causes\u00a0possibles :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un exc\u00e8s d&rsquo;hormones androg\u00e8nes donc d\u2019hormones m\u00e2les. C\u2019est la cause la plus fr\u00e9quente de perte de cheveux, qui d\u00e9marre au niveau des tempes ou provoque la transformation des cheveux en duvet. Elle est souvent h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaire. Les hommes sont les plus touch\u00e9s, et quelques femmes \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause ou suite \u00e0 un traitement par androg\u00e8nes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Une perturbation hormonale due \u00e0 un diab\u00e8te, \u00e0 un accouchement ou \u00e0 un probl\u00e8me de thyro\u00efde.<\/li>\n<li>Un choc psychologique, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/combattre-stress-anxiete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un stress intense<\/a>, le surmenage ou l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Certains m\u00e9dicaments dont les anticonvulsivants dans le traitement de l&rsquo;\u00e9pilepsie, les antithyro\u00efdiens, les b\u00eatabloquants contre la tension art\u00e9rielle notamment, les traitements contre le cholest\u00e9rol, les r\u00e9tino\u00efdes contre l\u2019acn\u00e9 et les m\u00e9dicaments anticanc\u00e9reux. Tous ces traitements peuvent bloquer la synth\u00e8se des follicules pileux.<\/li>\n<li>Certaines maladies infectieuses accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019une forte fi\u00e8vre.<\/li>\n<li>Une maladie m\u00e9tabolique comme la carence en fer, ou un r\u00e9gime amincissant mal \u00e9quilibr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019utilisation de produits capillaires d\u00e9capants type d\u00e9colorations.<\/li>\n<li>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msdmanuals.com\/fr\/accueil\/troubles-mentaux\/troubles-obsessionnels-compulsifs-et-apparent%C3%A9s\/trichotillomanie-arrachage-des-cheveux\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trichotillomanie<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:40;line-height:1.3;\"><h3><b>L\u2019alop\u00e9cie cicatricielle<\/b><\/h3><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il y a destruction irr\u00e9versible du follicule pileux, d\u2019autres cheveux ou poils ne pousseront plus sur les zones concern\u00e9es. On peut ajouter au r\u00e9gime des <strong>compl\u00e9ments alimentaires<\/strong> stimulant la croissance des cheveux (vitamine B, cystine, arginine). Ensuite, il faut \u00e9viter les fers \u00e0 lisser ou \u00e0 boucler ainsi que les s\u00e8ches cheveux trop chauds pr\u00e8s du cuir chevelu. \u00c9viter les coiffures trop tir\u00e9es, en particulier les rajouts qui tirent sur le cheveu, ainsi que la laque et les teintures capillaires.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 traitements, il faut d\u2019abord <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/\">v\u00e9rifier avec un m\u00e9decin<\/a> et des examens adapt\u00e9s la cause possible de la chute de cheveux (hormonale, auto-immune etc). Ensuite, diff\u00e9rents traitements pourront \u00eatre propos\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traiter l\u2019\u00e9ventuelle pathologie entra\u00eenant l\u2019alop\u00e9cie<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Chez l\u2019homme : le m\u00e9decin pourra prescrire une solution locale \u00e0 base de minoxidil stimulant la pousse des cheveux ou des comprim\u00e9s de finast\u00e9ride.<\/li>\n<li>Chez la femme : le m\u00e9decin pourra prescrire un traitement hormonal anti-androg\u00e8ne et un r\u00e9gime alimentaire adapt\u00e9.
