Cependant, les m\u00e9decins peuvent d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0d\u00e9livrer\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>un traitement d\u2019attaque \u00e0 base d\u2019anti-inflammatoires durant les pouss\u00e9es, pour soulager les sympt\u00f4mes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Les m\u00e9dicaments les plus utilis\u00e9s sont les aminosalicylates et les cortico\u00efdes. A prendre par voie orale ou rectale selon les cas (lavements ou suppositoires) ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>ET un traitement de fond pour allonger au maximum les p\u00e9riodes de r\u00e9mission entre deux crises<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Exit donc les laitages ainsi que la plupart des fruits et l\u00e9gumes. En revanche, en-dehors des crises, vous devez \u00ab\u00a0simplement\u00a0\u00bb adopter une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.
