Maladie invalidante, est la premi\u00e8re cause dans le Monde de handicap non traumatique chez les jeunes adultes, avec plus de 2,3 millions de personnes atteintes. Mais qu\u2019est-ce qui d\u00e9clenche la scl\u00e9rose en plaques ? Comment en reconna\u00eetre les sympt\u00f4mes et comment la soigner ? Voici les sympt\u00f4mes les plus fr\u00e9quents :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Troubles moteur. <\/strong>Raideur ou faiblesse musculaire au niveau des membres inf\u00e9rieurs ou sup\u00e9rieurs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Troubles de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre.<\/strong> Vertiges, difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 marcher, difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 coordonner certains mouvements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Troubles de la sensibilit\u00e9.<\/strong> Engourdissement d\u2019un membre, fourmillements, sensations de br\u00fblure ou de d\u00e9charges \u00e9lectriques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Troubles de la vision.<\/strong> La personne voit flou, parfois double, ou a une vision instable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Troubles cognitifs<\/strong>. On sait toutefois que la SEP a <strong>une origine multifactoriell<\/strong>e, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire que les <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">facteurs d\u00e9clenchant la scl\u00e9rose en plaques<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sont combin\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les chercheurs ont d\u2019abord trouv\u00e9 un <strong>facteur g\u00e9n\u00e9tique<\/strong>, au niveau de g\u00eanes impliqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019immunit\u00e9. Mais dont la seule pr\u00e9sence n\u2019explique pas le d\u00e9clenchement de la\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scl\u00e9rose en plaque<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il ne s\u2019agit donc pas d\u2019une maladie g\u00e9n\u00e9tique. Ensuite, et surtout, <strong>des facteurs environnementaux<\/strong> seraient en cause. A l&rsquo;instar d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/vitamine-d\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manque de vitamine D<\/a> d\u00fb \u00e0 une trop faible exposition au soleil, la pollution de l\u2019air et certains conservateurs dans l\u2019alimentation industrielle perturbant <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/microbiote\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le microbiote intestinal.<\/span><\/a> Le<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0contact avec des <strong>solvants chimiques<\/strong> en milieu de travail serait \u00e9galement un facteur. <strong>Le port d\u2019amalgames dentaires au mercure<\/strong> serait aussi incrimin\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9clenchement ou du moins l\u2019aggravation des <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sympt\u00f4mes de la scl\u00e9rose en plaque<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ainsi que le <strong>tabagisme<\/strong> au-del\u00e0 de 20 cigarettes par jour. On trouve enfin, parmi les facteurs d\u00e9clenchant la scl\u00e9rose en plaque, le fait d\u2019avoir contract\u00e9 <strong>le virus EBV,<\/strong> responsable de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/mononucleose-tout-savoir-sur-la-maladie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la mononucl\u00e9ose<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le vaccin contre l\u2019h\u00e9patite B, accus\u00e9 \u00e0 une \u00e9poque d\u2019\u00eatre responsable de l\u2019apparition de cas de SEP, a quant \u00e0 lui \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9 des <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">facteurs d\u00e9clenchant la scl\u00e9rose en plaque<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> par les scientifiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-6 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-5 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:40;line-height:1.3;\"><h2>Traitement de la scl\u00e9rose en plaques<\/h2><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il n\u2019existe pas encore de traitement pour gu\u00e9rir la SEP. Cependant, certains m\u00e9dicaments permettent d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sympt\u00f4mes de la scl\u00e9rose en plaque<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, et d\u2019agir efficacement sur son \u00e9volution. Trois types de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">traitement pour scl\u00e9rose en plaque <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">existent\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Le traitement de la pouss\u00e9e.<\/strong> Certaines pouss\u00e9es inflammatoires de SEP peuvent \u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement difficiles \u00e0 supporter. Dans ce cas, et si le patient supporte les cortico\u00efdes, un traitement par perfusion pourra lui \u00eatre prescrit pour quelques jours.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Les traitements de fond.<\/strong> Pour ralentir l\u2019\u00e9volution de la SEP et son impact, des traitements en continu existent. Ceux-ci agissent sur les m\u00e9canismes responsables des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes immunitaires et inflammatoires. Parmi eux on trouve les immuno-modulateurs, qui modulent la d\u00e9fense anormale de l\u2019organisme contre la my\u00e9line, (qui gaine et prot\u00e8ge certaines fibres nerveuses), ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne propre \u00e0 la\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scl\u00e9rose en plaque<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Puis les immunosuppresseurs, r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux formes les plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res, qui ont pour but d\u2019annuler l\u2019action du syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Les traitements symptomatiques.<\/strong> Ils aident \u00e0 supporter les douleurs, la fatigue, les troubles urinaires et intestinaux, et la d\u00e9prime li\u00e9e \u00e0 la maladie. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-7 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-6 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"margin:0;--fontSize:40;line-height:1.3;\"><h2>Cannabis m\u00e9dical et SEP ?<\/h2><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p>Les patients atteints de SEP attendent depuis 2014 la disponibilit\u00e9 du premier m\u00e9dicament autoris\u00e9 en France. Toutefois, celui-ci est indisponible en pharmacie faute d&rsquo;accord de la haute autorit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9 (HAS) sur le remboursement du Sativex. L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation du cannabis m\u00e9dical en France d\u00e9but\u00e9e en mars 2021 est une nouvelle perspective d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 <strong>des solutions th\u00e9rapeutiques d\u00e9riv\u00e9es du cannabis<\/strong>. En effet, l&rsquo;indication spasticit\u00e9 de la SEP est une des cinq indications ouvertes \u00e0 la prescription de cannabis m\u00e9dical dans le cadre de cette exp\u00e9rimentation. Les produits dispens\u00e9s sont <a href=\"https:\/\/lafleur.bio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">des solutions buvables ou \u00e0 vaporiser<\/a> contenants des ratios diff\u00e9rents de THC et de CBD.
