Le foie de veau (le plus <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">riche en zinc<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), le jarret et l\u2019\u00e9paule d\u2019agneau, la viande de porc, puis le steak hach\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le pain complet, le pain de seigle et de froment. Le stress est \u00e9galement un facteur limitant l\u2019action b\u00e9n\u00e9fique du zinc dans l\u2019organisme. Si vous avez un doute, parlez-en avec votre m\u00e9decin.
