Nous portons des milliers de milliards de micro-organismes qui colonisent nos intestins : ils constituent ce qu\u2019on appelle le microbiote intestinal. Les bact\u00e9ries les transforment en mol\u00e9cules qui nous sont indispensables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Il est impliqu\u00e9 dans la synth\u00e8se de la vitamine K et de la vitamine B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Il joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans le syst\u00e8me immunitaire. En effet, la place qu&rsquo;occupent les micro-organismes de l&rsquo;intestin emp\u00eache par exemple les bact\u00e9ries et les virus ext\u00e9rieurs de s&rsquo;y multiplier. Le microbiote dialogue \u00e9galement avec les cellules du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, en les \u00e9duquant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rencier les microbes de l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, et ceux du microbiote. <span style=\"font-size: 13px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">(3,4,5)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\"><b>Le saviez-vous ?<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">Il est commun\u00e9ment admis de dire que les virus provoquent syst\u00e9matiquement des maladies. Or, notre microbiote en est \u00e9galement compos\u00e9 : c&rsquo;est le <b>virobiote<\/b>. Cette population est compos\u00e9e majoritairement de virus infectant les bact\u00e9ries (bact\u00e9riophages) et de virus eucaryotes dont des r\u00e9trovirus. On parle alors de <b>dysbiose<\/b>. Elle survient lors <b>d\u2019infections virales, bact\u00e9riologiques ou parasitaires<\/b>, un <b>changement d\u2019environnement<\/b> ou <b>d\u2019alimentation<\/b> ou avec certains m\u00e9dicaments, en particulier les <b>antibiotiques<\/b>. Il est compos\u00e9 de 200 millions de neurones, dont la fonction premi\u00e8re est <b>d\u2019assurer la motricit\u00e9 intestinale.<\/b> Une collaboration \u00e9troite existe entre l\u2019intestin et le syst\u00e8me nerveux central (SNC). On parle d\u2019un <b>axe intestin-cerveau<\/b> et c\u2019est pourquoi on consid\u00e8re le SNE comme le <b>\u00ab 2e cerveau \u00bb du corps humain<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Une telle communication sugg\u00e8re qu\u2019une dysbiose aurait un impact \u00e0 la fois sur le fonctionnement de l\u2019intestin, mais aussi sur celui du SNE. Cette relation est activement \u00e9tudi\u00e9e par la communaut\u00e9 scientifique. On suppose notamment que des compos\u00e9s issus du microbiote traversent la paroi intestinale, et modulent le SNE. Ils peuvent \u00e9galement atteindre le SNC par la circulation sanguine et seraient d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res pour certaines fonctions nerveuses.<\/p>\n<p>Les patients atteints de certaines maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives comme la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer ou la maladie de Parkinson pr\u00e9sentent souvent une dysbiose. En voici quelques exemples :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Une alimentation vari\u00e9e et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/b> Les aliments riches en polyph\u00e9nols (carottes, brocolis, betteraves, chou-fleur, pomme de terre, et avec la peau! ) et en fibres ( topinambour, chicor\u00e9e, ail, caco, noix du Br\u00e9sil, <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.hc-prod.kub.hellocare.net\/\/blog\/graines-de-chia-bienfaits-consommer\/\">graines de chia)<\/a> permettent d&rsquo;assurer et d&rsquo;entretenir une diversit\u00e9 bact\u00e9rienne. Les produits ultra-transform\u00e9s auraient au contraire un effet d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re sur le microbiote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie<\/b>. Le stress, l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, la consommation d&rsquo;alcool et de produits carn\u00e9s sont des facteurs d\u00e9gradant la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 de la paroi intestinale. Les limiter ne peut donc qu&rsquo;\u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour votre microbiote. En revanche, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hellocare.com\/blog\/reprendre-le-sport-en-douceur\/\">une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re<\/a> serait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique au microbiote et est fortement recommand\u00e9e !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Probiotiques et pr\u00e9biotiques<\/b>. Les probiotiques sont des micro-organismes vivants (bact\u00e9ries ou levures) contenus dans des aliments (yaourt, fromages, choucroute crue, pain, etc&#8230;) ou des compliments alimentaires. Leur consommation augmente la diversit\u00e9 de notre microbiote.
