Platform fees
For teleconsultations, €3 is added to the practitioner's fees to ensure a secure platform hosted in France, available 24/7.
Fast booking service
An additional €3 applies if you book within the hour.
Coverage and reimbursement
Coverage by Health Insurance depends on your practitioner's sector. If you have complementary health insurance, it may cover all or part of the remaining amount. When your practitioner is not equipped with a Vitale card reader, you receive a care sheet to send yourself to Health Insurance and your complementary insurance for reimbursement.
